I wouldn't give one star

I wouldn't give one star. We've been two weeks (Drapetsona) without house WiFi and landlines. First engineer told me he would work outside as the problem there. Then said on his log nobody answered when I actually spoke to him on the intercom! They did nothing. The problem is outside and they've know this for over a week. This is the 3rd engineer they sent today who said problem was outside and will put in for the work. How stupid. They already know the problem is outside and affects other flats. Absolutely useless.

Very bad service

Very bad service. They cut my telephone though the bill was payed on time. After many difficulties I managed to speak with a representative who promised that the problem would be resolved. Nothing happened. I decided to cancel my contract and to turn to COSMOTE.

This company does not even deserve one…

This company does not even deserve one star. To cut a lengthily review to few words, they have left me abroad without a phone service (technical issues) for months. This has caused me a nightmare dealing with all the Greek services that love to authenticate via SMS, which of course I cannot receive.

Bad experience , old customer

Im puting 1 star as an old vodafon customer since 2019 from fixed and mobile were i invited even other member to change to vodafone , what happen is that they dont respect costumers at all or even hear them anymore , i changed house and i was waiting for connection that never came for 2 months in a area from other house of 1.6 km , after 2 months a technician came and because the line is a little high they couldnt find stair of 2.5 meter to climb apart from this i requested to help them with my personal stairs to as for me was very important because i work from home . They decided to call me after to give Fiber connection but it would take 1-2 weeks i told them i have specified the day i need internet asap but no one cared not mentioning chat with assistance or Tobi Ai they didnt even provided me with internet on mobile or give a usb stick to use with number . After 3 week waiting for fiber i checked my account balance on Vodafone an was 113 euro dept to pay because i canceled the previous contract but i requested transfer not cancelation so this was something done by Vodafon to steal , i have rejected everythink and i will change the mobile number even

worst company ever

worst company ever! Told me that i am gonna pay 20 euros per month and they secretely put in my contract 25! ITS NOT THE 5 EUROS ITS THE FACT THAT THEY THINK THAT I AM STUPID! The company repeatedly has tricked my…

The company repeatedly has tricked my grandmother to take the most expensive plans, the fastest internet, Vodafone tv , international calls, without her asking for any of those. Once she confirmed the procedure (by an sms code always with the so called assistance of Vodafone workers) it was impossible to take back the super expensive plan that my 75 years old gramma had signed. Now, after 3 years of paying, we want to interrupt the program, but they don’t except any of our gov authorisations. Each time we manage to speak to an assistant, they respond that they don’t see any authorisation in their system. Although I underline, we introduced two directly at a Vodafone shop.
This company is extremely expensive compared to to the salary of the Greek people. Furthermore, they have implemented a complex system which tricks and steals old peoples’ money. The bureaucracy to get out of their system is pharaonic. I truly DONT recommend this company. STAY AWAY.

"Welcome to Turkey" message, meaning the pseudo-state in Cyprus.

I demand that the company that serves me on the phone respects my country. It is not acceptable for me to be in Nicosia and receive a "welcome to Turkey" message. Clearly it is working with Turkey and is picking up a signal from the pseudo-state. It is a shame and a mockery of Cypriot citizens. It is a matter of principle and I will change company at the first opportunity.

Appalling customer service

From day one until the 29th, when I finally requested to terminate my contract, this experience was nothing short of a disappointment.
It was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company—regardless of industry, whether services, retail, or hospitality.

Endless phone calls, countless minutes on hold, and absolutely no resolution. I even received automated messages from the 1399 service, assuring me that supervisors would respond to my technical issues—yet no such response ever came.

The only redeeming aspect of this company was the technical staff, who visited my premises four times and genuinely tried—albeit unsuccessfully—to fix the issue.

Truly, I am at a loss for words. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer support- scammy…

Terrible customer support- scammy charges.When my landline and internet contract expired one month ago, I called them several times to explicitly make sure it wouldn't be automatically renewed.

On top of that, I received more than 10 calls from their reps telling them that I've already signed a contract with another provider.

After my contract expired at the end of July, I was surprised to find out that a bill has been issued for the time the contract was null. Called them several times, saying what they did was illegal and refusing to pay.

Turns out they didn't update their system till 1 MONTH after the contract expired plus they demanded that I should still pay. One of their reps was rude enough to say that they have every right to charge me even after the contract was over which is illegal and that they are going to charge me again for yet another month following contact expiration. She also said she'll send me an sms with details on documentation I need to provide so that I can speed up the process which I NEVER RECEIVED.

eSim with unlimited data without data

I bought eSim with unlimited data that promised :"Enjoy your vacation in Greece with no roaming charges
& unlimited data"
I could't read any mails, open any web page, not even send viber message.
It's not that internet is slow, it is non-existent. Vodafones data eSim is a conn, a scam and a lie.

Guys you need to fix your online system, it is terrible, it doesnot accept cards for some reason, your my account page does not work is empty, trying to sign up for Vodafone Tv 1 hour and after 3 accounts, i dont have access to you vodafon tv , and when you say 1 month Free DONT CHARGE THE CARD and the funy thing is even with charging your system does not work....

An absolute rude VDF rep in a shop

Hello, I had a tragic experience in the VDF shop in Marousi, Ermou 24. A lady could not start the order of the transfer of my internet line to a new home address bcs she could not find it in the map. A well known area and spot. She asked me to go to my car and bring my glasses to find it by my own. She could not understand that I had left from my office, commuting so much time due to lack of parking space in the area, and have left the car far away from the shop. Besides all that, she kept asking to bring my glasses from the car to find the new address spot in the maps..... I want to leave VDF....... they don't respect people.
