Useless exchange policy

First of all, i paid $67 for the waterproof suede shoes, now i see them on Amazon for $32.88. I received the shoes today in the regular European size that i wear. They were significantly too big and so i emailed them for their exchange policy. The options they gave me were 1) they would refund me 15% and i could keep the shoes that are too big for me or 2) i could return it to France at my expense. This would most likely cost more than the $67 I'd paid for the shoes to begin with. This is precisely why these companies are being crushed by Amazon. I wish they could do better in their customer service so that consumers can use them.

Not leather!

These shoes are not leather. They are a cheap plastic substitute. The shoes took two weeks to arrive, not the 4-7 days stated in the advertised delivery.
REPLY RESPONSE: The website states ‘Made from high-quality leather’. Your reply confirms that this is untrue. My review stays unchanged.

THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE FOOT AT ALL

They are wide when put on, uncomfortable, no support and of course asking to return is impossible.
Honestly they are just a shell of material that widens out straight away.
THEY DO NOT OFFER ORTHOTIC SUPPORT AT ALL … which is huge lie in their article.

Returns policy is rubbish!

Bought a pair of Vogany shoes but they are too small so wanted to exchange/return them. The email address provided doesn't work and emails are returned as Undelivered.The cancellation period is 14 days so if they aren't receiving the email then that lapses. They provide a "customer service" link on the same page but this doesn't work either. If you do succeed in getting a response, items originate from China so the stated delivery period is a serious under-estimate and you would have to pay the carriage for a return. Unless you are certain about your size/fit, don't buy!

Poor quality plastic shoes

As requested by Vogany my order number was: VOGANYW1130305. I ordered a pair of what were described as high quality leather shoes, what was sent was what I believe is called PU Leather and the colour as opposed to being a darker green where a light mint green. Have tried to return but emails are rejecting even though using the returns email address.

Can’t return the cheap shoddy shoes

I bought a pair of shoes of poor quality and their sizing chart is obviously wrong.I wanted to return them and was offered 15% refund and keep the product why would i keep something I don’t want.It has taken me 10 emails to get a returns slip and I have to pay for shipping.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE items coming from china etc… took 4 weeks to arrive

An absolute scam of a company

An absolute scam of a company, do not buy from them. The items are Temu quality at best. and if you ask to return something, they will ask you to ship it to France in order to get a return. When the items were shipped to me from a warehouse in Canada. Absolutely ridiculous. Shipping to France is as much as what I paid for these items. Make it make sense?! again do not buy from this company. It is a scam.

Shoes don't arrive

I bought 2 pairs for Christmas, because I was assured that the delivery was going to be tracked and in a maximum of 7 day. Well the shoes haven't arrived and my emails are not replied to. My order tracking number is YT2434421272177132. I even paid extra for insurance.

Not received the order.

This is really annoying annoying and unfair. I have ordered a shoes and they never reached in my undress.and I was continuously emailing. Two months have gone, no result

Have bought a pair of shoes that never came. Order #VOGANYW1120393
I asked, could i get a refund? they say "no because we send you another pair instead" This is almost 2 months now, i dont have any shoes nor my money. I guess i have to contact Shopify to ban this shop and some lawyers to track down this activities and take action.

Do NOT shop at Vogany! The product I ordered was too big, and they refused to exchange it. On top of that, my invoice was sent to the wrong address. I contacted them immediately, but they responded very late and didn’t fix the issue. All they said was ‘We’re sorry,’ but they didn’t offer any solution. This company clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I can’t believe I spent 70 euros on this poorly made pair of shoes. Now I have a pair of shoes I’ll never wear. Absolutely not recommended!

False advertising, man made material not leather as advertised

I order what we're supposed to be suede leather ankle boots. When they arrived they are fake suede, plastic. I had to send 4 emails to request a refund due to miss selling. Initially I was offered 10% , then 30% to get me to keep them. The return address on the package is an address in the UK where i am. However I have been instructed to send to an address in France, postage will cost a third of the price of the shoe. If I accepted the discount and kept the fraudulently advertised items it would get less compensation that if I paid postage. Terrible product and appalling service.
The cupboard lights are not as described and they want me to pay for the return. I have had 1 response from them. I will now need to claim a refund via my bank. Do not use this company.

I read the reply from Vogany and actually received a message from their customer service, I answered her message and a whole week has passed without anymore information, would really know what and when to expect anything from the company that has already received the payment for my order
