The order and product services of Selena were very helpful when the order I orginal was getting was not working. But good thing there was a proofreader and a double check, plus Selena was really friendly and understanding. She helped when I explained the situation of what I order of the bookmarks.

One example of her professionalism is when I ordered a bunch of mirror stickers not knowing if I set it up correctly or if it will have the intended outcome. She has a sample done for me, and it looked exactly how I envisioned it. I had a bunch of designs and each came out perfectly with great quality!

Another example of her professionalism is how she always lets me know the time frame of when things are done. If Im on a crunch, she informs me if it when it will cut into when I need it. My products are also always delivered on time! Which is so awesome.

On top of that, the quality has only gotten better over time especially with the sticker printing. Thanks Una you are always the best!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Vograce! The prices are great, the product variety is wide, and the quality is great too. I loved everything I ordered so much that I immediately placed a second order! I had several issues on my end with editing files and using the wrong templates by accident, and Lindsay was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She deserves a raise!

I was helped by Matilde through email and her help made the experience very pleasant! She was very helpful , always responded when i needed help and solved any problems or questions i might have!!

I ordered around 315 acrylic keychains with 255 unique designs and Zoey was so amazing and made the keychain proofs within a few days. She even made adjustments within a day to the proof when the design didn’t come out like I initially imagined. I received the keychains just in time and there were even a few extra pieces!

Amazing costumer service!
I ordered a custom plush doll which requires a LOT of communication. There was an issue with the emails; I didn’t receive the company’s emails and they didn’t receive mine.. but once I messaged them on discord to ask about it, I got put in contact with Stella and she was a saint during the entire process!! She was very patient and answered all my questions. The shipping was super quick! I live in Mexico and it was shipped from china and I got my package in two weeks.

Selena helped me make sure my items were shipped out quickly, as I needed them to arrive soon

I was scramblimg to get a bulk of stickers produced in time for a tight deadline, and Merida came to my rescue. Vograce has printed over 600 rolls of washi tape for me in various designs and it's pretty quick manufacturing - and they are SO responsive. I even made an error (my fault!) in a washi size; and Gia was able to get me a replacement in time for my big event - can't recommend them enough!
