My experience as a guide producing content with VoiceMap has been fantastic.

The editors are just so nice and patient, and really helping you stay on track with friendly reminders when the process is going still. As in any learning process, there were many times I felt it was too difficult and too technical to continue, but every time I had someone from VoiceMap reaching out to help and get me unstuck.

I'm extremely pleased with the end result of my very first tour. I'm a recovering perfectionist and even being so, I'm just so happy with the tour as VoiceMap makes me sound as a seasoned recording artist in the tour.

VoiceMap is simply the right "packaging" for the fantastic content I'm sharing in the tour, the perfectionist in me is very satisfied with it ;)

Voicemap helped me to achieve the goal of publishing my own tour. They helped me to perform and then supervised the whole process making me feel sure about the final product's quality. I also had the opportunity to listen to other tours and compare/improve my own tour.

Great teamwork! Alicia and Keith helped me through the whole process, from writing to recording to publication. It makes you feel less alone and really well supported. They were very responsive and always sympathetic.

VoiceMap is easy to work with for me as a tour producer and publisher. It gives great value to know that they are helping me with all details, so the final product are the best possible for the buyers.

This is a good app. It mostly worked very well, but our party had a few suggestions. We used audio tours twice in Quebec City. Both were interesting. The issues we had were minor but…
*The starting point was pictured but we couldn’t find the directions or address (an email to Voicemap team got us a prompt answer.)
*The street names are in French and sometimes we didn’t fully understand which street was being named. By the time we figured it out, we had missed some of the narration, and we couldn’t figure out how to back up. If it was easy to rewind, that would be helpful.
* We wished there was silence between all stops on the tour. We found it difficult to navigate and listen at the same time.
Overall, this app and tours are very reasonably priced and have the advantage of using it whenever we wanted, stopping for lunch, etc. and then resuming. We would use it again, but we would keep our phones in hand and pause frequently. I guess there’s a slight learning curve..at least for us!

This is incredible technology! Creating a tour myself was so much better and affordable than the thousan$ required from other companies. The guidance provided was priceless.

VoiceMap is great: it's a brilliant idea and it has an almost endless amount of excellent content, growing day by day.

We had a few hours in Venice , we ve been there before and had done all the big tourist sites but didn’t want to waste this time wandering aimlessly and didn’t think we d have the time to go far from st marks . This tour was ideal . Eria pointed out things we would have never noticed and knew nothing about. The length of the tour was prefect , giving us time for lunch and a bit of shopping before returning to our ship. Please Eria , do some more tours , off the beaten track , my favourite parts of Venice , so I d have an excuse to go back

I use VoiceMap both as listener and tour creator, it is practical, fun and especially the latest app version is very user-friendly. There is also a great professional team behind the scenes. I definitely recommend it.

I created a tour with voicemapp and the process was incredibly smooth with clear guidance the whole way. My expectations were managed well and I'm very pleases with the final product.

The voicemap team and Alicia in particular were helpful, professional, patient, supportive and kind. The creative process was simple and at any point I could ask for help and receive an immediate answer. The part I enjoyed the most was testing the tour and using the voicemap app. I can't wait to go on holiday myself and listen to a tour on it!

It is difficult to put in words how fundamental Alicia's and Gary's work has been.. they helped me with patience, enthusiasm and resilience throughout the process.

Making my Madrid river tour was the first time working with this kind of technology, the tutorials were super useful and explained things clearly. You also have a real person to talk to and ask any questions which is invaluable. Once you've got your head around the mapping technology, it's fairly easy to create the tour, the step by step process is relatively idiot proof! If you have a tour in mind, or even a pre-written one, it's a great way to make some passive income.

I've been working with VoiceMap for years now and I'm thrilled about their process. Creating and selling online audio tours on VoiceMap is a blast. They help out with the editing, guide you from ideation to publication, and keep everything running smoothly, so I don't need to worry about anything and make more time to delivering awesome guided tours in Tel Aviv, Israel.

I've done a few tours with Voicemap. It's a lot of work, but the finished product is always excellent.

I have done nine tours with VoiceMap and really enjoy the process that allows you to really get to know locations and share that knowledge with others.

The percentage for the publisher is fair and they always pay promptly.
