Selena was super helpful and patient with my bookings to the USA when there was an issue with the airline. She investigated the problem, explained everything and remained patient until it was completely resolved and my bookings were complete. There was no rush to get it completed so she could move on to the next call. Thank you Selena.

Booked online at a great price to only be told the floght was no longer available (after payment had been made). Had to call to discuss and ended up booking an alternative more expensive flight. The people we delt with were great and so helpful. We also had to change our flight 2 weeks prior to travel due to changes made by emirates that no longer aligned with our travel plans and the company especially Christina, were fantastic to deal with

Nelson was very helpful and responsive, immediately resolving my issue when I had been stressed with my flight booking being unsuccessful. While I had to figure details out and translate between two languages for my parents in real time, he was very patient and held the line for me. At first it was a little confusing as when I booked my ticket it said they had run out of seats and couldn’t book me, but The agent Prince who I called to sort it out was super helpful and lovely and got me booked in for my flights no worries! So grateful for his help!
