DON'T USE!
I signed up with VoipBusiness and my account has been stuck on “pending verification” with no communication from the company at all. Their system went into “maintenance”, which completely took my line offline — unbelievable for a service that businesses rely on.
I emailed support several times and received no response. The service never became usable, yet they still charged £4.99. I’ve now requested a full refund and will be cancelling everything.
A VoIP provider should offer reliability and support, but this experience has been the opposite. I won’t be using them again.
