You guys are really good because you listen to our complaints and fix the problems. You sell good quality products maintain a good quality control. I stopped using Clipsal switches and power points years ago because they use to go yellow from the sun and plastic behind the power points breaks down and the power point stops working because the copper terminals dislodge for the housing. I've spoken to previous wholesalers, but they say there not going to do anything. This problem happens in a 8–10-year time frame even on power points that hardly get used.
I'm sure if your power points were like that you would fix the problem.
Anyway, I love your service and will always recommend you. The old clipsal and HPM power points were so good they worked for over 20 years and stayed white but obviously they think people will keep using their products based on their old good reputation.
Their switches also suck,I used their 32A cooktop isolation switches and they melt over time.

I changed over 10 years ago after clipsal and other electrical brands products had dropped in quality plus other wholesales selling products like led lights that were failing and had no real warranty. I like the 7 years warranty on their led lights and when i have had some fail they send out a replacement straight away. Its nice to be able to speak to their technical staff for more information when needed! It’s nice to get the free dinks and snakes on the delivery. I always find the sales people are friendly and very helpful.
