We had a car charger fitted promptly, by good workmanship from Partridge electrical services Aylsham on behalf of Voltshare.
Kerrie-Lee from Voltshare talked us through downloading the App and installing it in a very detailed method. She covered every part of it. Kerrie let us action all the points whilst on the phone. We can’t thank her enough. Julian our sales guy was also extremely helpful & informative pre sale.

Staying at the Hoste in Burnham Market I found I couldn’t get either of the two chargers to work. I couldn’t get through on the customer service number so left a message. A few minutes later the wonderful Kerri-Lee called and talked me through some possible fixes. It worked, I was happy. Great service.

We have had Voltshare chargers installed recently at Point Sands Holiday Park on the west coast of Scotland. Installation has gone well with only one or two minor problems which were sorted very quickly and efficiently by the amazing Kerri-Lee. She really does provide excellent back up and customer care. We recommend Voltshare for your EV charging solutions.

Exceptional support for our holiday cottages

We recently installed Voltshare chargers at our holiday accommodation at Lettoch Cottages in Highland Perthshire, and the experience has been seamless from start to finish. Voltshare have been absolutely impeccable from start to finish

Voltshare have been absolutely fantastic for us at Tralee bay holiday park! they assisted us with getting 2 chargers installed through a grant scheme and the level of service from the start, with Julian and Alistair was very detailed and communicative. Once it was all finished we were introduced to the very friendly Kerri-Lee who has been a wizard with the customer service side of things and she is also a nice break in the day for a friendly chat too! Highly recommend the company as a whole.

Voltshare deserves a gold star

Voltshare is a really impressive business. Everybody I have dealt with at every stage of the on-boarding process has been charming, polite, very human, totally professional and committed, from initial enquiry through to installation and operation. They are genuinely interested in the success of their service to the customer and appear to take responsibility for ensuring that any requirements and requests are satisfied. They promptly answer calls and messages and bring a personal touch to all communication with customers. It is a pleasure to deal with the Voltshare team and I would strongly commend them to anyone considering getting an EV charger which they want to allow guests or clients to pay to use.

We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to provide some factual context for readers, as the timeline of this project involved extended periods where we were unable to progress due to missing information and difficulty making contact with you.

Following our initial engagement in September, we issued a remote site survey straight afterwards. Completion of this survey and subsequent site contact were required before installers could proceed. Unfortunately, there were multiple periods of non-response, including several weeks where both our team and our local installation partners were unable to reach you.

When an originally assigned installer later became unavailable, we proactively reassigned the project and kept you informed. However, further delays occurred due to continued difficulty establishing contact, including during the period when you advised you had been away.

By the time contact was reestablished, the original EST grant funding had been fully allocated. We communicated this promptly and advised on alternative funding options that remained available.

We always aim to act transparently and progress projects as efficiently as possible, and we regret that this opportunity did not ultimately proceed. If you would like to discuss this further, we remain open to doing so via direct contact.

Thank you - Great customer service, easy to pick up the phone and talk to a friendly human and nothing is too much trouble.

Great customer service from Kerri-Lee and technical expertise within the wider team. We've now installed 5x Voltshare EV chargers to date at different properties and they have also taken over the management of Garo ev chargers we already had setup with Monta previously [who were a nightmare to deal with]. There have been a few complications along the way with taking over the existing chargers/ load monitoring needs for new installs / undercurrent on elec supply etc but none has been Voltshare's fault and they have been helpful and supportive at every step of the way to help get the installs up and running. Their customer portal is straightforward to use and we've been receiving positive feedback from users. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
