Do not order from this company!!! It took one month before I received it. Attempted several times to reach them by email...no response. Item was pricy and quality is very disappointing. The fabric is cheap and not at all as pictured in the advertisement. Don't be fooled!!!

Sent off a wrong received item and a terrible quality set of jumpers in Jan and still not received a refund yet, in March. Website does not exist anymore?

Absolute scam! I bought a 'wool' coat which was nothing like image on website and then sent pack with almost 30 pounds if postage realizing it is NOT a uk business but based in China. No refund given, money lost please report this company and do not shop from their website

I really really need some help, I’ve contacted Vorina where I have spent over £350, you can’t get through by phone, I did have some response by Haylee through the email but now it keeps bouncing back and no access to the website, I placed these orders at the beginning of February and I just don’t know what to do anymore

Still not received my refund after approximately 20 chasing emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I bought from this company, they delivered late, quality was horrible, asked for a return, they offered a 10% discount, if I had know maybe I would have accepted the discount on the refund, but because I was so pissed with the purchase I decided to push for a return and refund, they were responding to me until I returned and send them proof and they stopped responding, the fact that the return address is in china says a lot, they are scam.

Do not use this company, on the surface it appears to be a British company but is actually based in China. Offering 100% refund if not entirely happy with your purchase. What they don’t tell you is this is goods have to be returned to China at your own expense (one small jumper cost around £20 from uk) added to which they are likely to get stopped at customs and never reach there finally destination, hence no refund.
In my case I ordered a Christmas jumper and when it arrived it bore no resemblance to the advertised version. When I complained I was offered a 15% discount on a £90 jumper! After I rejected this and pursued my 100% refund as per their website I was advised to send it to an address of which he has never arrived as despite filling out all the correct paperwork as a lady in the post office very kindly helped me with it is stuck in china’s customs. No refund, just an expensive lesson in look at trustpilot before buying next time

My wife ordered clothing (£124). When it eventually arrived the quality was awful. Contacted them by email and they tried to offer discounts. We were adamant we wanted to return the goods. They eventually sent an address in China. The cost to return was £40. We decided to lose £40 was better than £124. We know that the goods arrived at the destination. No refund and now we cannot contact them by email or phone.

This company needs to be shutdown by trading standards. Ordered 3 jumpers totalling over £90. They look nothing like the photos. I have been trying to get my money back and now they have blocked my email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some sparkle jeans November 2024 but they never arrived. Despite numerous emails back and forwards and how sorry they were etc I never got my refund and now they have blocked my email address. They are a disgrace and shouldn’t be trading. I urge anyone and everyone to never buy from them.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed, and I have no choice but to give this terrible company 1 star—I would give zero if I could! Much like other reviewers, I placed an order for two jumpers, which were supposed to arrive in 1–2 business days, according to their website. Instead, it took over a MONTH!

When they finally arrived, I was shocked. The jumpers were cheaply made, completely misshapen, and looked NOTHING like the photos on their website. The fabric felt flimsy and poorly stitched, almost as if they had been thrown together without any quality control.

I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund, and that’s where things got even worse. After numerous emails and back-and-forth messages, they repeatedly refused to refund me, making up excuse after excuse. Eventually, I was told I had to return the items at my own cost—a whopping £22 to ship them back to China! Even after doing so, I STILL haven’t received my refund.

This company is blatantly scamming customers, taking their money, and making returns as difficult as possible to avoid giving refunds. DO NOT buy from them! They should be shut down by trading standards immediately. This entire experience has been stressful, exhausting, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

Misleading adverts and absolute rubbish

Can't even put less than 1 star, ordered 2 jumpers, looked absolutely cheep and very small, had to return them after lots of emails with them refusing to refund sent back to china at a cost of £22 still no refund, they are scamming everyone who buys from them.DO not Buy from this company. I ORDERED ITEMS ON THE 8TH JANUARY FOR UP AND COMING VALENTINES DAY .THEY HAVENT ARRIVED AND ITS MARCH NOW AND THE EMAILS ARE BOUNCING BACK AND NO LONGER EXIST , THE COMPANY HAS GONE IN TO ADMINISTRATION. Ordered a dress for £44.95. When it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was tiny (children’s size). I had to pay postage of £20 to return it to China but still no refund received, despite numerous emails. Terrible experience.

SCAM!!! This is a scam. I paid £40 for a pair of jeans in January. After repeated failed attempts to email and ring them I have no hope that either my jeans or my money will get back to me. AVOID at all cost!!!

Warning - looks like a UK website ships from China.
Ordered two jumpers, when they eventually arrived (7 weeks later) products looked cheap and not well made. Trying to return the goods has been horrendous. First trying to get a satisfactory resolution from customer service was difficult enough. Second, you have to return goods to China where they will get stuck in customs until Vorina pay the release charge which they obviously wont do as its not in there interest. Chasing up a response the customer services email is no longer working. SCAMMERS!!

Like many others I strongly recommend you do not order for this company. My husband bought me some “silk” pyjamas from what he believed was a UK company (.co.uk). The pyjamas when they arrived were the worst type of nylon and were way too small and badly-made. We paid to return them in order to get a refund but they have now been sat in China customs for 6 weeks, so not refund likely then it seems!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Bought a jumper , not cheap. Didn’t resemble photo on website, colour was wrong , shape odd and sleeves too short. Returns to china cost £17.delivery of jumper took over a month to arrive
Company take forever to respond. Offered 10% refund.
Don’t waste your money , I’m £35 out of pocket with a jumper I won’t wear.

Do not buy from this company.
I ordered a knitted jumper and received (6 weeks later after lots of requests) a poorly printed sweatshirt.
They offered me 5% refund and keep the item then increased it slowly and painfully to 35%.
Seriously the item is not worth 10p.
I accepted the refund as the refund fees would be high.
That was over a month ago and still no refund.
