Perfect frames for the posters I purchased on vacation

This is an affordable, easy to use frame and attractive

I've updated my review after working directly with Hadisa at Vossington who has gone over and beyond to rectify my late and lost delivery. She's refunded my original (lost) purchase in full and re-shipped the item, along with a bonus item of my personal choosing, compliments of Vossington. Based on this interaction, I will absolutely shop with Vossington in the future again.

Good quality frames, easy to assemble, quick shipping

My order arrived quickly but once I opened it I realized I'd need a larger size so I initiated a return of the item, which went smoothly. There were clear and prompt replies when corresponding with customer service.
I followed all the steps for my return but was surprised to see that even though my order was received back in the warehouse, no refund was issued. I waited around 2 weeks for some word and then realized that if I didn't ASK Vossington to issue a refund, they wouldn't. So it was then, after I reached out about a refund, that I finally received one.

Quick shipping and seamless buying experience. Acrylic glass was damaged on one corner. Frames looks good but feel fragile.

It has been very difficult to find 18x18 art pieces and places that will print in that size. I stumbled on Vossington via a Google search and luckily the options were to my liking. The packaging was super protective, and it fit perfectly in my frame. I will be ordering the rest of the collection to complete my gallery.

Vossington is a wonderful alternative to framing shops. What I like most about the metal frames is that they are deep (1 inch) with a very narrow profile, similar to a classic Museum of Modern Art frame.

I ordered a frame from this company via Amazon which was cracked on the corner. Amazon told me to reach out to the company which I did. They told me after a lengthy back and forth that they would replace it. I have never received another frame from them. I just ended up purchasing another one from a frame store here in my city. I will never order from this company again.

The Bronze frames are exactly what I was looking for! The color of the metal hedges closer to Brass, while the photos can make it look more Copper, but the tone works perfectly for my space.

These are my new favorite frames! Price for quality is amazing! Will definitely be ordering these from now on!
