Very high quality compared to typical poster frames

Very nice quality

These frames, while a little pricey, are fantastic. They make my concert poster collection look great!

I want to start off by saying the actual frame is really pretty…simple, like I wanted. I must not have read the listing close enough because they used plexiglass…not glass. I was pretty disappointed—had I known that I would have thought twice before purchasing the trio and for the price I assumed, of course, that they would use more quality components. That being said, Vossington contacted me, explained the issue, and bent over backwards to make my purchase a positive experience. In the future, I will be sure to read the frames’ descriptions more closely before purchasing but I will definitely buy from them again. A++

I received the frames weeks late for some reason (Ups?) but I love them. It would be nice to have a different method of hanging tho. Thanks. I do like them.

I returned my frame 2 weeks ago and still have not received a refund.
UPDATE: refund has been issued and I am a satisfied customer.

I liked the look of the frame. I only wish that it offered the option of hanging by wire.

I ordered one frame, it was the wrong one when delivered. They sent a replacement and it was the wrong one again. The labels on them are right but they are the wrong color! I wanted white, these are copper like. I don’t think it’s Amazon’s fault. You guys are putting the wrong labels on them. Amazon is scanning them and the label is right so they don’t check. I emailed the person at Vossington yesterday and have not heard back. So frustrated!

Timely shipping. Like how both sides of the glass were protected.

Showed up cracked in every corner, no packing in the box just a loose frame. All the metal corners were broken or bent, and the clips that hold the content in the frame aren’t even long enough to reach the edges. When I tried to get a new one they were out of stock but Vossington did refund me!

I have purchased frames from Vossington before. This is my 3 rd purchase and the only time I have been disappointed. The frames is beautiful wood but one of the corners has a gap.
There is no way to push or “close” the corner (gap). Not sure if I’ll keep it.

High quality frame, looks great. Color wasn't quite right for my print so I initiated a return and was offered a 50% refund to keep the frame instead. I took the return since it's a nice frame that I'll find another use for.
