Very shady return policy.

The website shows a Netherlands return address, but when you try to return the item you are told to ship it to China at your own expense with possible customs fees.

I paid to return the bags anyway and the parcel has now been stuck in Chinese customs for over a month because the recipient must clear it (and apparently they haven't bothered).

Customer service keeps offering partial refunds instead of fixing the problem.

Also: the bags had a very strong unpleasant smell.

Scammers.
I did the wrong thing : ordered against the negative comments. My 70 euros were immediately withdrawn by this shitty scamming company. Never received any reimbursement while I have a written email stating that my refund will be processed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! Friendly advice.

Lovely bag, I did worry after I ordered and checked the other reviews that I'd been scammed and/or that the positive reviews were bots, but I can confirm that they aren't haha. Bag is good quality, it came with a lovely soft dustbag. Delivery was a bit longer than I would've liked but no more than expected.

I unfortunately had to cancel my order, but I can not praise the customer services enough, their response was second to none, my wish wad dealt with promptly and a refund is on its way. Thank you Vovia I will definitely use you again

One star just because I can't put 0. I have ordered my bag on 13.02. The parcel has never left the origin center. After twenty days of me emailing them almost daily, I was told that the package had some issues and was returned. I had to push them again to get a new tracking code and now the bag is stuck somewhere with no updates since ten days. It is already one month I am waiting. The customer service is just an AI bot telling you that they understand your frustation. Completely usessul. Please don't buy from them

😭😭😭😭😭😭 VOVIA do not honor refund. They pretend to allow refund. Then gave you a wrong address that cannot be reached. And gave you a wrong phone number answered by an old lady. There is no way you can achieve a proper refund.

Unfortunately they scammed me.
I ordered a bag from them and after a few days i received a notification that the order was cancelled. They then told me that the transportation company sent it back to them because it exceeded the size. Until today i havent received a new tracking number or the money back.
They keep coming with new excuses or that the person repsonsable with this is on a leave etc

Absolutely worst experience ever and a SCAM of a company. I ordered a bag, it never showed up. I've been speaking with their support for over a month trying to get it sorted. They keep repeating themselves, telling no need to worry they are here to help. It's very clear they are NOT and are just taking peoples money, without ever giving them a product and stringing them along.

The tracking shows the bag was returned to the merchant on Jan 30. Since then, they continue to say once the bag returns back to us we can reship it. It's been with you for months.

Then, I try to warn people on their Instagram, reporting them and leaving comments on their posts and they continue to delete each of them so they can scam more people.

They also copy and paste their responses from ChatGPT, as I received multiple emails back from them that start with something like ""of course 🤍 here’s a clean, warm version you can send:""

The bag is horrible. It's not gold color hardware but brazzy bronze color.
It looks cheap and you can not return it as it is sent from China. This is a drop shipping SCAM company.

The bag delivery took a while. It got cancelled once and then redelivered. When it came, I was pleasantly surprised at the make and colour of the bag which were both great! The slouchiness of the bag was perfect. Overall a great bag for the price point! Happy with my purchase!

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. The material is extremely cheap and the quality is absolutely awful – nothing like what is shown online. It feels like low-grade fast fashion straight out of a discount factory.

The return process is a complete scam and not at all as described on their website. They provide a return address online that is incorrect, and only AFTER you have already sent the package do they inform you by email that it was the “wrong warehouse.” Even if you return the item to the address THEY provided, they will only refund 50%, blaming the customer for their own mistake.

To make things worse: the products are shipped directly from China to the end customer, not from a warehouse in the Netherlands as they want you to believe. This is extremely misleading and dishonest.

Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in fair solutions. They take zero responsibility and push the consequences onto the customer.

Women, do yourself a favor and do NOT order from this shop.

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a bag on 22/12 and as of today, 21/01, I still haven’t received it, despite the website stating a delivery time of 1/7 business days. These timelines have been completely disregarded.

A first shipment was sent back because the package allegedly exceeded the size limits during transit. Frankly, this explanation is absurd, considering this is a company that presumably ships dozens of bags every day. After a reassuring message promising a quick reshipment, a month has passed without me ever receiving the product, which was certainly not inexpensive too.

As of today, the tracking shows the parcel at the ‘last mile,’ stuck at a depot in Milan, yet it has not been delivered for the past two days. Even if it were to arrive tomorrow, the delivery time would still be unacceptable and entirely disproportionate to what was promised.

Inefficient logistics, unconvincing communication, and zero customer care. Simply an unacceptable level of service.

The bag does not look like the pictures at all and feels very cheap. When I asked to return it, I was told I would have to pay high international return fees because the company is based outside the EU. They claim to take great pride in how they manufacture their bags, but this one clearly looks mass-produced and likely comes from China. I genuinely feel misled and regret trusting what turned out to be a scam-like brand.

I definitely wanted this bag, it’s exactly the same like the ones they advertise, so no scam or whatever. They pack everything nicely, like the dust bag, hang tags, thank you cards, even the wallet had a vovia dutbag, the bag has also the vovia logo inside the bag, so this company is fully legit. And they are a brand, but people don’t understand that this company is shipping to the whole world… I mean that brings a lot of logistic challenges and this can cause issues.

I ordered a bag in December and received it in 2 weeks. The design was exactly wh at I was looking for and looked just like the photos. Like many new bags, it had a noticeable factory smell when it arrived, but after airing it out for a couple of days it completely disappeared. Also they add in this nice vovia fragrance cards which gives a great smell as well

When I contacted customer service with questions, they were transparent and very helpful. I’m happy with the style and the support I received.

Buyer beware: The quality of this bag is not the quality of a $100 bag. It is cheaply made. It opens up all the time while wearing it and when I emailed him they said they can just give me 20% back and I can keep the bag because I was out of my refund window even though I reached out to them 11 days after receiving it and having finally worn the bag. Not worth more than $20.

I ordered the Ciara Vintage bag after seeing it online and wanted to share my honest experience. The bag is made from vegan leather, which was clearly stated, and it is shipped internationally. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but it arrived well packaged.

The website was easy to navigate and checkout was quick. Delivery went smoothly in around 7 days and the bag arrived in perfect condition. Nice mailer and dustbag around it, it gives a premium feeling. The bag did had a strange smell but because of the fragrance card it faded away + some airing of the bag. You can tell attention is paid to quality. No complaints here, just a good shopping experience.

I bought my Vovia bag after seeing an online ad and was a bit hesitant at first. The ordering process was smooth and I received tracking updates along the way and support was helpful . The delivery was on time (think in 8 days) and the packaging was neat. The bag itself feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed. Overall a very positive experience.
