First class holidays at an amazing price and beautiful hotels

Quick and easy to book holidays

Lovely hotel and the staff were fantastic. The beach was poor and we had to go further North of the island for good sand/swimming area.

Everything was easy and accurate. As it was a combined offer with a concert, I would've appreciated being able to chose the tickets. Indeed the seats were in the highest row, far from the stage.

Castello is a pure dream paradise, we can’t wait to go back.

We paid for a hire car within our holiday deal with Voyage Prive. However there was a problem as the hire company wouldn't accept my paper licence. A very long story short we had pay for a second car, lost half a days holiday and Voyage Prive will not even give us the original hire cost back. Only half of it as a gesture of goodwill. In addition when we got to the resort we were hit by another 50Euros charge for parking for the week.
Then part way through our holiday there was a dreadful smell in our room which we suspect was coming from the storm drains as there was torrential rain. We kept reporting it to reception and they simply got the cleaners to clean further. It made no difference and I developed a cough from the smell which lasted many weeks.
Voyage Prive say that there is nothing that they can do as they can't get a reply from the resort. It is a disgrace and I will never use Voyage Prive again. I asked them simply to pay for the second hire car charge and I will not pursue anything else regarding car parking, half a day's holiday lost and many weeks illhealth. They wouldn't do it. Just said they'd give half the original hire car cost and a voucher towards a further holiday which is utterly pointless as I have no desire whatsoever to ever travel with them again.

Crew were great on the Venice boat trip. Food was excellent. And great value for money

Easy to book, good communication both online and via the phone. Flights booked with Jet2 via Voyage Prive, all seamless. Great location and really good hotel with great sea view room.

Our trip started in Geneva. We flew from Geneva to Istanbul, where we spent three wonderful days exploring the city. After that, we continued our journey to Antalya, where we spent five relaxing days. Everything was perfectly organised from beginning to end. We had no problems at the airports, all the transfers were punctual and professional, and the hotels chosen for us were of a very high standard, especially the Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Old Town. It was a wonderful experience for us, and we would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-organised holiday, whether in Turkey or anywhere else in the world.

Everything ran smoothly, except for a few things concerning the car hire. The conditions advertised were incorrect. GPS was not available, you didn’t need an international driver’s permit and the fuel level was 3/4 both on collection and return. The hotel and service was excellent, as was the choice of flights. A good package overall.

I have been using Voyage Privé for many years and have consistently found them most user friendly.

Our trip to Tuscany was excellent value for money with a well situated and very nice hotel including half board. The excursions to Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre, were very well organised and we we had no problems. The train station was ten minutes from the hotel and the train tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp. We also had clear instructions where to meet our guide. It was all very easy.
My only issue at the time of booking was the mention of "full coverage of your car hire" on the contract to find that in fact, this applied to the insurance of the car hire only. The wording was misleading although to be fair, I thought the £100 quoted were rather cheap for a car hire!! In any event, Voyage Privé deducted those £100, which was much appreciated. I have travelled with Voyage Privé before and have always been satisfied both by the service as well as the offers themselves.
I will certainly look again for my next trip!

I wont bore you with all the details but VP failed to deliver on a promised booking of a short but expensive holiday for my wife and two young daughters. After a long battle with their so-called support team (who’s office was closed at the time of the problem - surprise), an insulting and pathetic tiny cash offer was made by way of what they considered compensation. Of course, this didn’t come even close to putting right the huge disappointment of my family, particularly children in floods of tears when they were unable to access their hotel on arrival. VP didn’t seem to have any concept of the real upset having flown my family half way across the world only to not deliver what was promised and paid for. All they want to do is blame the local hotels - from which they themselves recover costs for failures. So who got shafted? - the stranded customers of course. Be very careful using this company if you think they have your back. They don’t.

Voyage Privé is always my first choice booking a holiday. Never felt!
