Received defective lens and no response from support

Received defective lens (wrong prescription and no brown shade even though it was paid) and reached out to support via email. No one has responded. I’m going to file a chargeback with my bank. Horrible experience.

My excompany was…great

My experience with this company was really good from start to finish. The product is top quality and installation as expected (great) this is my second purchase first was for the PSVR and second with the Meta Quest 3 both worked and installed great. For these reasons and great customer support I highly recommend buying from VR WAVE!

Ana from customer service was exceptional. Ana was prompt in her replys after a small hiccup in the delivery process, she corrected the issue rushed my order two today's later my lenses was at my doorstep prescribed and ready to install and may I say lenses was cut to perfection thank you!! VR wave team for your craftsmanship keep up the good work!!

Wish I could give zero stars…

Package was delayed due to “non payment of postage” before ultimately being “confiscated” by USPS. Customer service communication is also awful. VR Wave fought me over issuing full refund luckily I went thru PayPal to get my money back. Terrible Experience. Buyer beware

My order was confiscated by USPS

My order was confiscated by USPS for counterfeit postage and I have been waiting for a new order to be shipped out. It does not seem like its going to happen so I guess I I'm out $150. I just want a refund at the moment but I know that is not going to happen. I will have to buy from lensology.co.uk next time

Quick service and excellent product

Quick service and excellent product. So nice not to have to wear glasses with the VR headset! Work outs are much easier as the glasses would easily fog up... no such issue with the VR Wave prescription lenses.

Not happy

Not happy. Order tool forever to be delivered. Then when it was delivered it was incomplete. After numerous emails it's still not fulfilled. I keep getting the run around. I paid immediately and I am still not happy.
All these influencers that sing their praises need to be investigated.
At least the lenses are working as they should but all the items that I ordered are still not here and it's almost a month after I ordered.

I would highly recommend ordering from…

I would highly recommend ordering from VR Wave.
I chose to order clear prescription lenses for my Meta Ray-Ban Skyler lenses, and I'm so happy I went with VR Wave. Their pricing was a fraction of the cost of hiring LensCrafters or Ray-Ban to do it! I was quoted upward of $500 to have it done by LensCrafters, while VR Wave was no more than $120. Huge difference.

VR Waves' customer service was superb as well.
When I ran into an issue with my shipping being delayed, they immediately re-ordered my lenses and had them expedited. They are very responsive via email!

I am super disappointed with the way my…

I am super disappointed with the way my purchase has went. I ordered on September 10th. Its October 8th. Almost 30 days and still no idea if I am going to receive what i ordered. The product was confiscated by USPS due to counterfeit postage. I have emailed the company a few times. I did get two responses. But I still do not have an answer what is going on or if I will get a refund or the product delivered. I am at the point I am going to go to the bank and ask them to give me the money back. This is super upsetting. I did do research and even ask AI if your company was trustworthy. Maybe this review will save a few of you the hassle I have had to go through. Please make this right for me and ill change my 1 star rating. Thanks

I purchased lens for my Meta Skylar…

I purchased lens for my Meta Skylar glasses because my script could not be fill with ray-ban. The lens worked out great, and only took a little over two weeks to get to me. If you're looking for a cheaper option, definitely give the company a chance.
