I originally turned to VRAI to shop for an engagement ring for my fiancée. I made the mistake of ordering the ring size based on our rough estimates, and our estimated size turned out to be completely off. I told VRAI that I ordered the wrong size, but I really liked the diamond I picked out, so I asked if there was any way we could re-make the ring with the same diamond. They remade it for me completely free of charge.

Because of that positive experience, I went back to VRAI to purchase wedding bands. We knew the general style we wanted, but we decided to go in person to try on different sizes and thicknesses to see what worked. Elan was incredibly kind and helpful. I knew absolutely nothing about jewelry and had never worn a ring in my life, and Elan answered all my questions and helped me find one that went with the natural shape of my hand. My fiancée was super happy as well and found a wedding band that complimented the engagement ring.

We had the most delightful afternoon appointment with Elan. He’s so fun and personable - I absolutely trusted his guidance and insights. He is very open to exploring various styles and provides great knowledge about diamond selection. He truly made this special occasion extra wonderful!

Pricing for quality of jewelry is trash. I regret buying earrings from them. Would never buy another piece from them again.

I cannot recommend purchasing from Vrai enough. I’ve purchased from Vrai on two occasions now, the first time being in December 2021 when I purchased an engagement ring, matching necklace and earrings for my then fiancé and again now in 2024 as I am buying her a matching tennis bracelet to complete the set for our first anniversary. When I was buying the engagement set I had tremendous help from their sales associate Queena, who helped me decide on how to find the best options within my fiancé’s preferences of a pear stone and how to make the most of the full set I decided I wanted to purchase in addition to the ring. That support looked like multiple zoom calls with brainstorming from Queena and feedback on my plans in each. I also want to highlight that Queena was very conscious of the budget I told her I had in mind which was something I really appreciated. When buying the bracelet more recently I had a few different ideas in mind and I worked with a different sales associate Sarah Marks to help complete the order. I expected it going in after my first experience and again, I had wonderful customer service where she and I discussed how this new addition would work with the other parts of the set and she was also very mindful of my budget.

In both instances purchasing I had no problems with delays in order fulfillment, shipping timing or issues getting in contact with the company. It was an easy purchasing experience and I have recommend the company to everyone I know in the market for engagement rings.

The jewelry itself is stunning and my wife frequently is asked by her friends where her ring is from. I appreciated the price/ct ratio in Vrai’s offerings as I simply would not have been able to afford a similar sized engagement ring from a company that didn’t produce its own diamonds. The conflict-free nature of the product is what brought us to the company but now it honestly just feels like one of many reasons I will continue buying from Vrai.

I had an exceptional experience with Elan at VRAI! Elan made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to explain every aspect of diamond shopping clearly and patiently, ensuring I felt confident and informed. His expertise and thoughtful approach turned what could have been a stressful task into a delightful journey. I highly recommend Elan for anyone looking for guidance in finding the perfect ring!

Christopher was especially caring and attentive, as we began our journey looking for the ideal engagement ring. He gave us a clear and informative breakdown of the types of rings available, and pricing. And despite all the time we took looking at rings, he was not overly pushy to sell (which was very much appreciated!).

My fiance & I have loved everything about VRAI. From the design to the service, the experience they provide is stellar. We just checked the last box for our wedding to-do's getting our wedding bands, and Elan Baxter was our man for the job. His knowledge made us confident with our choices and his warmth & charm made us feel like we were royalty. Loved the ring. It’s delicate and dainty to me. It matches my Orion ear climber and my shooting star earring. I do plan in the future to get another one and wear together. LOVE SHOPPING HERE

My two recent purchases were as flawless as the items I bought. I would highly recommend and will use VRAI again & again!!!

My husband bought my engagement ring from them and I absolutely love it. However, he also bought my wedding necklace from there and the chain snapped on the second time wearing it on our honeymoon. I only wore it on our wedding day and then it snapped on our honeymoon. I wrote to VRAI and asked for help and hoped it could be repaired. They told me that they do not offer replacement chains or sell them. I was told to take it to a local jeweller to repair it, however the warranty from VRAI will be void if I did this. What are my options then? It's ridiculous and a shame as I can't use this necklace now.

I made a purchase of two earrings and I love them both. They are very fashionable, sparkly and I had lots of compliments. It’s not the most affordable place to shop but their designs are unique so I guess hence the price! I would definitely shop from Vrai again!

I would them zero stars if it was allowed. The earrings that I bought were tiny tiny so I asked about returning them. Took a week to get a response. I returned them EXACTLY the way they told me to. Was told that it would take 10 working days to process my return and another 7 days for the money to show up in my account. Past that now and no money. I get apologies and excuses. No phone number to call. I’ve asked repeatedly for a phone call. Crickets. Do not buy from them.

Our daughters diamond band has had diamonds fall out twice. She had store insurance , and they charged her both times. They say it has nothing to do with the quality of their workmanship. Very poor customer service! Beware!

Bought a ring, diamond fell out and they told me it was myself that caused it!
Had the ring back 3 months and it’s happened again the exact same thing. Email and they tell me to come back to them in January as it’s their busiest season now. HORRIFIC COMPANY - AVOID

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, with her help. We decided on a rose gold ring and band. After placing the order, Vrai provided me with expected delivery dates, so I made reservations at a favorite restaurant of ours to celebrate the gift.

Vrai was delayed by several days, causing me to miss that reservation. They apologized and provided me a $75 refund. When the rings finally arrived, the rose gold color was comically pink, nothing like what was shown online. It was basically Barbie pink. Just awful. We returned the rings but were informed that the gold color wasn’t considered a defect and were therefore charged $350 to return them.

Then, in spite of their policy clearly stating they’d provide a refund within 10 business days, I didn’t receive a refund until after I contacted them, almost two weeks later (no holidays in between). They said they were busy with the holidays, as if that were an appropriate excuse. When I received the refund, I found they had also deducted — like, taken back — the $75 they previously refunded me to apologize for their delay, as if the delay was now immaterial simply because the ring was returned.

Go somewhere that you can see the ring beforehand. If you don’t like what you get from Vrai, they’ll make sure to make you regret shopping there in the first place.

The ring started to catch on my clothes so I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, the next day the diamond fell out and luckily I spotted it on the floor. Now no one will help me, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would avoid at all costs. I currently have £800 ring I can’t wear after 5 months
