Do not sign a contract with this company! We are a CHARITY and signed a 5 year contract for our phone and broadband services nearly 6 years ago. It took 3 years of pestering to get them to actually supply the service they promised. At the beginning they told us it was important for them to support charities, actually it feels more like they like to exploit us! We wrote to them 90 days before the end of our contract telling them our intention was to transfer our services away from them, but because we didn't transfer our services in exactly the right timescale they have rolled us over to a new 1 year contract with no notification! When we complained we were told, they don't need to tell us because it is all in the terms and conditions! For a company who claims to care about charities, it feels very under handed. We have now asked for a termination settlement and they want to charge us over £10,000!!! This includes a cost to port mobile numbers!! We have been trapped and at the mercy of this company for years, they will not comprise and women and children who we support will suffer because of them.
