Lost all my files
Lost all my files, useless support team.
Would recommend sending more than 1 email notifying users about payments as I only received 1 email and that was the due date. Never got any additional emails stating server closure or file deletion.

Hey Matt, thanks for your time in leaving a review. After checking your details, I have noticed that your files were lost because the server has not been renewed. You can understand that for privacy purposes, we cant hold customers' data for more than 72hrs after the expiry date, in your case its been more than 5 days and no payment has been made yet, therefore all data is lost and cant be recovered. Going forward, we would recommand paying invoices on time.
EDIT #1: We have sent 4 emails about the server renewal, 3 of them are payment reminders and 1 of them is letting you know the server is suspended and will soon be destroyed. While we do understand your frustration, upon checking your account it seems that paying late is a recurring behaviour on your server, every previous months the invoices were paid after suspension and only a few hours before server destruction, it's important to recognize the facts here and that we have done more than enough to notify you.

I have been using vshield for over 1.5 years now, trule remarkable experince . The rdps are up 100% of the time . I literally never had a sinlge downtime :) . And the customer support is also pretty quic to reply . Definatle recommended .

My website was heavily attacked by DDoS.
Previously I had a problem with ddos attack. Later, vshield could not connect to the VPS and it took a long time to get a response from support. So I reduced the star for this part.
I found that Plesk has blocked Vshield in IP Address Banning. Now I have added it in Trusted IP Addresses and can connect now.
Test result Vshield can block ddos attack amazingly!!! I love it so much.

So at first i didn't think this host was as good as it was. I was first referred by a friend to this hosting. I recently tried it out and i can say it's 100% worth it eventhough they are on the pricy end. Their ddos protection is truly 10/10.
