HIGH MOTIVATION!!

I always see vince and his videos! I needed something to try,and for my t levels. Regular T therapy was too expensive out of pocket. So I ordered the testboost max and received burn evolve with it. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Its like a burning furnace in my stomach. I was 35lbs overweight. I live very far to a nearest gym. So using these supplements and doing my everyday work and being a single dad,I couldn't believe I lost 11lbs. No working out. I just watched my bread intake. Thats it! I eat regular food. Id recommend to anyone to try. If I was working out with these,I garuntee I would of lost double. Also I have way more motivation! No more feeling sluggish and being lazy. I can't thank Vince enough!!!

Billed by SculptNation after cancelling VShred Membership

I signed up to VShred thinking the monthly subscription was what I was looking for, but of course, I then had to pay more to get more pertinent information/ coaching etc. A bit frustrated that I paid 2 months subscription and found few recipes, found the website hard to navigate, no real coaching, etc, but no problem... Just not for me.

So I cancelled. I received my refund. All good.

BUT THEN, after cancelling, I received another charge on my credit card. This time from "SculpNation", an affiliate company that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. There was probably something in the fine print that allows them to work interchangeably but I already cancelled.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Month after month they charge your card even though you have cancelled everything..so stay away from them, they are impossible to get rid of!!!

Sales Guy Lied about My Plan

Well, my coach -- Crystal! -- is outstanding and has been by my side the entire journey, and I have worked hard to lose weight and gain muscle and confidence! BUT I was pissed to discover, quite by accident, Sept. 17, 2025, that the 12-month program I was encouraged to purchase is actually a 90-day program and then a nine-month maintenance plan. Maintenance??? I'm not ready!!! I have more to lose! And I tried three different times with three different staff members to resolve my issue! Nothing! They said they hated I "misunderstood." Puh-lease. Sales guy Aleksander Zane urged me to get the 12-month program. When I said I wasn't sure I could afford it, he offered the 90-day deal for only about $800 less. I decided to take the plunge and go with a year. Glad I did -- well, I was until I found out the workouts/accountability would end Oct.8, I believe. That's about 90 days in. Oh, I asked to speak to Vince about my success and about this issue, but they told me he was tied up with his own clients. Funny, I thought I was a client. And I had something positive to say, as well as to discuss the problem. Before you sign up and pay, you better really ask questions and do your research before giving VShred a dime! Otherwise, you're likely lose more than weight -- and end up losing support and access to what you were told you're paying for!

Unacceptable customer service

After dealing with weight, energy and other various issues, I tried Vshred out. At the same time, I started seeing a new doctor to try and address my health issues- after diagnosis my doctor is requiring me to strictly avoid processed foods. My doctor and I provided a letter to Vshred in hopes of a refund- thinking that a health-based company would understand that due to serious health concerns I needed to cancel. I paid $2,997, and after explaining my upsetting situation the customer service only offered to refund me $500. Vshred claims to have a 30-day money back guarantee- apparently that did not apply to my situation. I am so disappointed in Vshred and would not recommend to anyone who is not willing to lose their money. I am now out $2,500 on a product that I cannot use. What a waste of product and what an unsupportive 'health' based company.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED INTO A CUSTOMIZED V-SHRED PROGRAM

I am still struggling to obtain a refund for a customized V-Shred program, despite my persistent efforts. My journey began on September 1st, and by September 9th, I requested a refund, just eight days later. Since then, I have been in constant communication with a representative who has repeatedly claimed that they cannot itemize the services I received within those eight days, thus denying my refund. Instead, they offered a $2,500 refund from the original $5,000 I paid for the program. How could I have possibly used $2,500 worth of services in just eight days?

I calculated the program cost at $96.15 per week over a year, but they insisted my math was incorrect, asserting that I used at least $500 worth of services initially. I would have considered paying this amount if they had agreed to refund the remaining $4,500. However, this option was never presented to me on September 9th. Now, they claim I have utilized even more services, despite my lack of participation in the program since I requested a refund just eight days in.

During the early stages of our refund discussions, I was offered an accelerated program for $2,000, which was never mentioned when I initially inquired about the VIP program. As of October 1st, all deals are off the table, and they continue to insist that I have received additional services since September 9th. This company and its customized program are a scam. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

V-Shred frequently touts their money-back guarantee across other products, leading one to believe there is an option to opt out if the program isn't suitable. Unfortunately, this is not the case with their customized programs, and this critical distinction is never mentioned during initial consultations with their numerous advisors and support staff. I feel deceived and am experiencing significant buyer's remorse.

Cancel and refund my money!

I keep e-mailing you since you don’t answer your phone, I don’t want and can’t do your program. I e-mailed Marissa on 9-6-2025 to cancel and she just ignores me. If I don’t get refunded I will take this up with my credit card.

According to our records, your refund was processed on 9/11/25. Typically, it takes about 5 - 10 business days for the refund to show up on your online credit card statement. Sometimes, it might take until the end of your current billing cycle for it to appear on your paper statement. If you need further clarification, your credit card company would be the best folks to chat with about this.

To help speed things along, we recommend giving your bank a call and providing them with the following information that was resent to your email on September 27th (please check spam/junk folders). If you are unable to locate this email, please Live Chat with our team 24/7 at VShred.com/help?chat.

VIP Program - DON'T SIGN UP - REFUND IS A SCAM

I watched the V-Shred videos with Vince, and he endlessly talks about money back guarantee over & over, until you spend big bucks. On 9.1.25 I had a call with a team member, and I decided to join the VIP program. It was very expensive, & I was offered $4,000 for 3 months or $5,000 for a year. I chose a year. I had 2 other calls with 2 different team members to support me on my journey within 2 days. I was excited until it was time to schedule with the coach. I couldn't schedule prior to starting the program as she said I should wait until I had a few weeks under my belt. I paid $5,000 to wait to speak to the most important person for a new program I was not familiar with. What a mistake I had made.

I attempted to get a refund on 9.9.25 and was told I missed the 3-day window, WHAT!? Convenient that the coach isn't available within the first 3 days. The only way to even be considered for a refund is if you do the program for 90-days exactly has specified and if you don't like the results then you can request a refund, but it is up to their discretion.

I have been emailing back and forth with the refund person since 9.9.25, over 3 weeks requesting a full refund and the best offer is they downgrade me to a $2,000 program for 3 months. Wait, why wasn't I given that option at the beginning instead of $4,000? I have not used this service at all other then (2) 15-minute phone calls and a few IM's with the coach. They claim as of 9.9.25 they had already invested at least $2,500 into the back end of my "customized " program and they could only offer a $2,500.00 refund. I am frustrated and now stressed that I am on the hook for a program that is already breaking its promises and there is no possible way for a refund. DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE VIP SERVICE. IF YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

As of 10.25.25 - It has been over 3 weeks since VShred responded to my initial review and stated they were sorry to hear about my experience and that someone would reach out, no one has. I have still not used the services, beyond what I described previously, and I am willing to pay something towards the first 8 days, however, they will not provide a breakdown of services used or the cost. The interest on the loan is piling up. What next Vshred?

As a women with hypothyroidism I was…

As a women with hypothyroidism I was hoping this plan would shift my metabolism from reverse to in gear, I have congenital hypothyroidism ( no gland at all) and after leaving the military piled on over 2 stone ( my body just won't work anymore). I've tried this for over 60 days and I have only shifted 2 kgs. And yes I am on the correct thyroid T4 dose. What is it im doing wrong?

Give it a try if you want, maybe you can figure it out; I couldn't.

It was nothing but one ad after another being emailed to me constantly. There is no program that I could find. No customer service. But I am grateful they gave me an immediate refund when I asked for one.

I committed to the VIP program

I committed to the VIP program.
It took consistency and dedication but the results are amazing.
I started this program to get in shape for a 300km hike.
I am now finished the hike and had an amazing time. I was in great shape and could just enjoy myself instead of struggling because I wasn’t in good enough shape.
I had the endurance to finish very strenuous days.
FYI-I am 57 and am now in better shape than I was in my 30’s

I'd suggest V Shred hire more people in the age range of their target audience who can be more empathetic and understanding of how great a challenge it is to lose weight. Been on the program 3 weeks without any weight loss, following it very carefully.

Extremely disappointed in customer support

I am unable to adjust to the suppliments and am having a ridiculous time trying to return them for my promised full refund they are saying they can't send a shipping label to the same address I received the box of suppliments at. Now after repeated requests they are just not responding at all.

Give me my refund like what was said to…

Give me my refund like what was said to me.Getting in a program is easier than getting out even when wanting to cancel the very next morning. I had an issue with Terms and Conditions. But I have contacted support several times last two days only to be met with automated or AI response. Still no real person. Still no resolution.
