I like the app, and the overall concept of the program, but it has underdelivered for the cost. High turn over of couches and the success team. Lack of consistence from one couch to another. I have... See more

Had a big issue where my card got charged. When I called to inquire, they couldn’t find the order anywhere. Long story short, a supervisor got involved in the chat and they made it right. Can’t say the same for a lot of companies in this day and age…was very refreshing…and the products are TOP NOTCH…I will definitely be continuing to order them when my supply runs out! Thank you to supervisor Sarah!

This product did not work for me, but the customer service when I asked for a refund was awesome! Quick response, sent me a QR code with a shipping label. Tracked my return along with me, and credited my CC the very day they received the unused bottles back. I say try it- it might work for you, and if it doesn’t you don’t have anything to lose. I wish all customer service departments were this awesome!!

On February 18th, some joker named Jared called me, supposedly for a monthly consultation. This person proceeded to use "used car salesman" pressure tactics on me to try to make me purchase expensive workout training plans (that ranged over $1,300 to $3,000+) that were way outside my budget at the time (I was unemployed after recovering from a serious accident). And when I told him that I needed to discuss such high purchases with my wife, he insulted me, claiming that "A real man doesn't need to discuss such things with his wife." At that point I immediately cut off any further discussions about any possible purchases with this company and canceled all my subscriptions. These are the kind of people Vince has under his employ. Way to go V-Shred!👍

When I already have a scheduled event, stop sending reminders that I have not signed up. Also I purchased the burn, nighttime burn and turmeric package and have been using them as directed for 3 weeks. I have not lost a single pound. I eat well, and work out almost daily. I will be asking for a full refund. When I did the 30 minuted scheduled evaluation, it was more like he was selling me more time with others rather than seriously evaluate me and give me advice. I am very dissappointed in my experience all around.

Dont do it!
The company is really bad, they sell you a program that's all fine, but then the try to keep selling you other program's. I bought 2 program's that were exactly the same (you get a meal plan and a coach) and they were running at the same time. I got the same coach and when I complained there was nothing they could do. I payed $ 441,18 for everything and I didn't lose a gram.
I was so upset about the 2 similar program's that I didn't trust the company anymore. The coach sent a automatic massage and if you don't respond they don't follow up or call, nothing. So the coach is useless if you don't have the motivation. It's a scam because a coach should help you not sent a automatic massage and then nothing.
Go to a different companie voor help or get a real life coach!! Dont wast your money 💰 you need it to get healthie.
They reacht out again as they said and offered me $41,85 back of the $441,18 I paid. Honestly it is to cry, but at this point I can only laugh about it. They sold me (one under pressure) two plans that are impossible to run concurrently and don't want to refund one. They will gift you 15% back 🤣!

I had a bad experience. I called and cancelled and told them not to charge me and to refund my money back. They never did and still continued to charge me. So the money back guarantee is just a marketing hoax. I am still getting charged until now even after I called and emailed them twice. They claim they cannot find my account. How interesting, they can find my account to charge me but not to refund my money. How convenient!!?. I would not trust doing business with this seller!

They can stop charging exorbitant cancellation fees! I've been charged over $600 for canceling within the first month because I thought $4000 was a bit much for a year, plus the constant high pressure push on every level of their platform to keep up with their "program". I am 67 years old, I told my "intake" person that I hadn't exercised regularly in years and my motivation was low but I was still inundated with exercise programs that were overwhelming. I found the whole experience confusing, exhausting and extremely pushy.

First, I filled out a questionnaire for metabolic assessment, which they never went over my metabolic rate. All the person did was push a very expensive coaching program and when I said I couldn’t afford that he just charged me for an online one. I filled out a questionnaire which the coach who they assigned to me completely ignored. They put on the food plan foods that I was allergic to. As well as foods that I really cannot stand, which I had given them a heads up on. Multiple times I reached out to the coach saying trying to explain my situation and it was not working. Their live workout times are only until 3 PM which I need nighttime classes. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me due to the fact that the coach spent so much time planning out my plan that you could not get a refund. It just has been a very bad experience. On top of that there’s supplement that they say you should use to help with your weight-loss goals gave me an allergic reaction where I felt not so hot for a few days and my right arm had all these red splotches for my hand, almost to my elbow.
I just feel like this is a program that praise on people that are overweight and it just doesn’t seem to really be personable or even customer friendly. I was also kind of creeped out that they kept telling me to send pictures of myself.
Vshred responded and did not tell the full truth especially since I have been talking with their customer service team. I contacted them and have been speaking with their team. I have screenshots of the emails.

I signed up for this end of June 2025 as I was just diagnosed with pre-diabetes. The first coach that was assigned to me didn't value my time, never showing up on time to coaching calls. Was younger than I so had no experience with perimenopause or hormones let alone prediabetes. Her training was a nutrition certificate. I requested someone who had actual experience and lived through perimenopause with my issues. She was great but she left the company shortly after. There approach is nothing like Vince advertises. It's an expensive program with no results. It may work for you if you are in your 20s and in decent health. Don't waste your time and money on a program that doesn't actually have credible credentials. If they can't keep staff how do they expect to keep clients? I have contacted support at vshred. I’ve had more concrete help with Nutrisense in an shorter time period and my licensed nutritionist is covered by my health insurance!

When I was not able to find some information on my app, it was immediately emailed to me. I was not transferred to a tech to look into the issue, the issue was solved with a moments delay.

They try to upsell you with a personal pitch from a video sales call and honestly, the workouts are too much if you suffer from any chronic kind of muscle illness. Also apparently they owe me six bucks in a class action lawsuit for selling peoples information.

I purchased V Shred’s VIP Coaching Program for $4,300 expecting six months of personalized training, nutrition guidance, and supplements. Unfortunately, after one week of participation, I was hospitalized and medically unable to continue.
Despite providing medical documentation and requesting cancellation, V Shred has only offered a partial refund of $3,247, keeping over $1,000 for “services rendered,” even though I could not continue and the included supplements were never delivered.
Their customer service representative has repeatedly stated that this decision is “final,” even though my usage can be verified through their own app as ending after the first week. I have also continued to receive marketing emails despite requesting account closure.
I understand that some initial setup has value, but I believe the company’s handling of this situation has been unfair and inflexible. If you’re considering purchasing this program, please read the fine print carefully and be aware that the refund terms are very limited, even for legitimate medical issues.

Stacey and Jill have been great. Genuine, want to get to the root of how they can help me best in my life.

They said they would do a full reimbursement and ended up keeping a considerable fee when they reimbursed me.
