Withdrawal blocked – very concerning experience
I requested a withdrawal 4000 eur from my VT Markets account (Account ID: 24968779). My account is fully verified and all required procedures have been completed.
However, my withdrawal request was declined with the reason “Account Activity Review”. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times through chat and email, but I keep receiving the same response that my case is “under review”.
No clear explanation has been provided and the withdrawal process seems unnecessarily delayed.
As a trader, this situation is very concerning. A legitimate broker should process withdrawals transparently and within a reasonable timeframe.
I hope VT Markets resolves this issue quickly and processes my withdrawal. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to financial regulators and other public platforms.

Title: Account blocked for more than 3 weeks and no support response
I am extremely concerned about my experience with VT Markets.
My trading account has been blocked for more than three weeks and I have received absolutely no explanation. I contacted support several times and they only ask me to send an email, but the emails are never answered.
Because of this, I currently cannot access my account or withdraw my own funds.
This situation is very worrying because a broker should never hold a client's money without explanation or support.
I am publicly requesting VT Markets to urgently review my case, unblock my account or process my withdrawal immediately.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate the case to financial regulatory authorities and investor protection organizations.
I hope VT Markets resolves this situation quickly and professionally.

It's no use contacting that email address provided; I've already contacted the "complacency" team and there's simply no response. You always say that it Analyzing the situation, if you don't have the capacity to resolve a customer's problem in 3 weeks, perhaps you should examine whether your support system is functioning properly.

I have had money stuck in my account for nearly 3 months.
I had a profit after copytrading for about a month but the one I was copying decided to change platform. So I withdraw first the money I put in and then a tried to withdraw the profit afterwards, which you have to do by international bank transfer and can’t do on card directly.
My request got declined (probably my own mistake, but the exact same worked on PUprime) but the they banned me or something from withdrawel.
I have been writing to both the mail and the live support and they have insured me that someone else is taken care of it. I think they have said this about 10 times but nothing is happening.
Now I have decided it’s a scam due to the facts that it really can’t be difficult to open my account again.
