ZERO customer support
I have been using VT Markets for over a year and everything seemed to be fine.
On 22 January 2026 I requested a straightforward transfer of my account to a chosen Introducing Broker. This is basic administrative work that any competent broker should process without delay. Over the following six weeks I sent repeated follow-ups (22, 27, 30 Jan; 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 Feb). Absolutely nothing was done.
The only replies were generic, template-style responses such as “application submitted” and “escalated internally”. No action, no timeline, no resolution. As of 5 March 2026, the request was still not processed.
This level of inaction is completely unacceptable. If a broker cannot execute a simple IB transfer, that is a serious red flag. It raises legitimate concerns about how they would handle deposits, withdrawals, or real trading issues. How will they help me with a deposit or withdrawal, if they cannot do a simple IB change task?
I have withdrawn all funds and requested permanent closure of my profile and all accounts. In my view, using a broker that operates like this is a risk.
1/5 – Avoid!
Edit: I already gave you my account details through Trustpilot form. Funny how you can respond so quickly here, while I've been waiting for 1.5 months for simple IB change without any result.

Withdrawal Failed??!!
I created an account deposited 60 $ and made it 196$ I was very happy, I tried to withdraw it, and after 2 whole days of waiting it said that the withdrawal Failed, and my account is under review. I contact the support and every time, they say they will contact the internal team or expedite the process. But every time I ultimately get no response or update back. Also I cannot trade with that money, I cannot create another live account, its just sitting there. What is this a prop-firm? Payouts denied? I do not recommend this broker.
UPDATE: I got an email that said something about suspicious activity, like I did anything illegal, I straight up opened my account traded and tried to withdraw.
UPDATE 2: They have emailed me and asked me to send over photos of me holding my ID and STILL NO ACTUAL SOLUTION. Their support is useless and NEVER gives an answer.
Finally Last Update: I got my money but it did take 2 weeks+ for my account to get verified and I was requested to show a lot of personal data in order to get verified.

I send a request to change IB since…
I send a request to change IB since 25/2/2026. Until today 4/3/2026 not yet done. When I emailed them again, same standard reply they send, assigned, that’s the only reply. Super slow and follow up is very bad!
