Every time I called I got to talk to a real person. Each person that I contacted knew what they were talking about. Also my machine is doing good, no problems at all!

I am installing my second mini wall tomorrow and due to receive my 3rd machine which is a slim wall, later this week. So far, the shipping, installation and customer service has been fantastic! I ordered my initial stock from MK Distro through the VTM site and that was a seamless process as well. Very happy so far!

I bought the VTM Slim Wall TCG with the pedestal stand to launch a trading card vending business, and it has done everything I needed it to do.

The capacity is right for a single location. Ten rows at sixteen items each gives plenty of room to carry multiple card lines across different price points.

The software is where this machine stands out. Nayax handles cashless payments, and the dashboard gives real visibility into what's selling, which makes inventory decisions much easier. The theme builder lets you brand the storefront screen yourself. The machine also calculates sales tax at the point of sale, which keeps compliance simple.

VTM's wholesale side is a big plus too. Ordering inventory was straightforward, and my resale certificate was applied correctly with no tax charged.

If you're starting a TCG vending route and want a capable machine without overspending, this is the one I'd recommend.

Great communication

Honestly best guys to work with hands down and their software is 10/10 and customer tech support has a 24.7 message board you can contact them anytime !!! Jacob and Corey absolutely dawgs in this game.

The extra coils we ordered with our machine were just kind of shoved in behind the machine itself during shipping. Not a huge deal, nothing was damaged. Just seemed pretty sloppy.

Also, the screws that hold the trays inside the machine during shipping, one was stripped out so bad it’s still in the machine, I literally cannot get it out. I had to do some bending to get the tray to release, so that was a bummer.

Love the machine now that it’s set up and installed though. Will be ordering more machines in the near future!

1 STAR — $52,000+ INVESTMENT AND WE’RE LOSING MONEY EVERY DAY

Extremely disappointed with VapeTM.

We have invested over $52,000 in VapeTM equipment, and unfortunately, the machines have not performed the way we were led to believe they would. When you invest that kind of money into vending equipment, you expect the machines to work reliably and, more importantly, you expect the company to stand behind its product when they don’t.

Instead, we’ve experienced ongoing problems with the machines, and we are losing money every single day that they aren’t functioning properly.

What makes this even more frustrating is the customer support. Getting someone from VapeTM to actually respond and help resolve technical problems has been extremely difficult. When you’re dealing with a machine that’s sitting in a business and supposed to be generating revenue, waiting around for support isn’t acceptable.

We’ve spent more than $52,000 with this company. That’s not a small purchase, and we shouldn’t have to chase someone down just to get equipment working properly.

And we’re not the only customers reporting issues. Public reviews on Trustpilot describe problems involving machines malfunctioning, dispensing issues, software problems, difficulty reaching technical support, and lost sales.

At this point, our experience has been incredibly frustrating. $52,000+ is a significant investment, and having equipment that doesn’t work while the company is difficult to reach is unacceptable.

If you’re considering investing in VapeTM, I strongly recommend doing your homework and looking beyond the sales pitch. Ask them exactly what happens when your machine stops working, how quickly technical support responds, and who is responsible for the revenue you lose while the machine is down.

We invested heavily in these machines expecting them to make money. Instead, we’re losing money every day because they aren’t working properly.

$52,000+ invested. Machines not working properly. Lost revenue. Extremely difficult support.

So far my experience with Vape TM has been very good. Only a couple of minor issues which were handled in a timely and professional manner.

Amazing machines and good customer service

Jacob was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, created a custom invoice to accommodate my pickup, and helped work through the payment details. Great communication and customer service. I’m excited to receive the machine and get started!

Ordered machines on a Sunday and the sales rep Corey personally reached out to me within hours to not only thank me for my order, but to give me his contact info for any questions. He has jumped thru hoops to help me with any and all questions I’ve had!!! Awesome guy to work with!!! Thanks again Corey. That type of customer service does not exist anymore!
