Terrible system

Terrible system
I went to exchange a gift for a different size, and they did not explain to me beforehand that I had to purchase the product again in order to make the exchange. I didn’t have money with me at that moment to repurchase it, and they also didn’t explain before processing the return that this was how the system worked. As a result, I had to return the gift instead.
I think the system is horrible, and even worse that they don’t explain this before carrying out the procedure.

Expensive pants were ordered for Xmas. Said delivered but it wasn't.as delivered but it wasn't.

They emailed me that an expensive item (Xmas present) was delivered to my house but it was not. Called yesterday 12/22 said they would research the issue and get back to me. Heard nothing so called today 12/23. THEY ARE CLOSED till the day after Xmas. Bad time for customer support to not be available leading up to Xmas in addition to messing up a Xmas delivery!

My experience has been good…

My experience with Vuori has been really good. I had a jacket that completely changed color after a year and they refunded me and let me keep the jacket. I had another pair of joggers that were a little small and they also let me send them back, after over a year, for a refund. Clothing is comfortable and holds up well after many washes.

Community V1 Program for trainers is a bad joke. I've been in the fitness industry over 40 yrs and a Personal Trainer for 20. I applied for the V1 discount program and provided all the credentials requested. I was turned down because I don't have an on-line schedule they required. (I train older adults in-home and assist PT in care facilities. That population doesn't require any online scheduling! I'm self-employed.) I have trainer discounts with all the other top brands and have never had an issue getting them. Once my application was denied, they acted unprofessional and immature. Now I'm not even able to apply online! I'm a widowed mom of 3 who has supported myself with trainer income. I've been training longer than the staff has been alive, yet they deny me a discount. I could've been a great ambassador for them, too! So if you're a HS grad who got your Personal Trainer certification at a weekend course and work at the local Y, you can get the discount because you have a MindBody app. But I can't. Ridiculous! All your platitudes and "Ommm" vibe is phony - you could care less about the real community out here.

Shady and Dishonest Company! Quality poor

I have no issues with shipping. However this is about the quality of the allthefeels leggings short . There is bunching at the medial aspect of both sides of the leggings . It's so obvious and I am surprised that this has been marketed for 175 SGD, I paid 120 SGD as it was on a sale. When lulu sells their products on sale I dont find such quality issues.

Worst online store experience ever

If I could give this clothing line a negative score I would. I ordered one piece and needed it as soon as possible so I payed for express shipping. Well after 3 days no update. Whole week later they try to send a new order because the other one couldn’t be located. In the end they canceled both orders after a week of having payed, they tell me it’s out of stock.

Purchased Fletcher Pant - DEFECTIVE - VUORI REFUSED TO REPLACE

Purchased Fletcher Pant . Wore for 1 hour for treadmill session.
Washed in cold water and pant lost color in GIANT patch.
Sent photo and complaint to Vuori.
They responded "Can't replace ...that have been damaged due to accidents or wear and tear".

There was NO DAMAGE NO WEAR AND TEAR,

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Overpriced & POORLY made

Clothing is WAY overpriced for the quality. I bought several pairs of shorts and swim trunks for vacation. The hem started coming out of the shorts after 4 washes. These were $100 shorts!! 4 washes.

If you can afford disposal clothing after 4 washes - this is your brand.

Oh....and if you didn't buy it directly from Vuori - they do not stand behind it.

Paid for overnight shipping order but never shipped at all

Paid for overnight shipping. Two business days later, the tracking still shows that it hasn’t been picked up . Customer service answer to me is to just wait and check again later. Worst customer service. Hey Vuori your answer should’ve been we will ship out another package immediately and file a claim for the other one if in case it is lost . NOT WAIT AND CHECK THE TRACKING AGAIN TOMORROW.

Will not standby their products …

I have plenty of gear from Vuori but when it comes to standing by their product, they always fall below expectations. I had several issues with their Ponto performance hoodie and they replaced it one time and then it happened again and I followed all of the care instructions. I just think it’s a defective product. I’ve been through two of these hoodies in two years. I will restate that I’ve purchased so many items from Vuori with my wife. You would think they would just reciprocate the loyalty that I have showed them, especially when I continuously have the same problem with this hoodie. I have not had many issues with any other products, just this one. All I wanted was either a replacement for the hoodie or be allowed to select another product at the same cost, which is more than fair for the amount of money I’ve spent on their gear.

After 20 emails back and forth with the US headquarters and the UK store they finally said that they don’t have the same leggings in stock and have no idea when they’ll have more. The only option is to travel back into central London to talk to the store but they don’t have any solutions. Really poor service, I definitely won’t be shopping here again.
