Bought a T-shirt and board shirts and the quality is really bad, after two washes the T-shirt looks balled up and old ! Really disappointed considering the price , I would never purchase their items again … vs gant or others really inferior quality.
Soft material but quality isn’t there or customer service
Loved their clothes while on holidays in Seattle. Bought a top and joggers for about $300 AUD. Wore them on my flight home to Australia but the act of carry my babies nappy bag on my elbow crease through the airport has ruined the top, terrible pilling on the inside of both elbows. For the price it’s not the quality you expect. I thought by reaching out to Vuori directly they might be keen to remedy the issue but they kept passing the buck back to the retail store in the US I purchased from, which as I’m back in Australia isn’t really worth my time or expensive. Very disappointing experience.
Great return process
I’ve seen some terrible reviews about the customer service some people have received but I have to say that my experience has been the opposite. I’m in Australia and ordered some pants, no issues with the delivery but they were what I was looking for so I returned them. The process was straightforward and the courier collected the return parcel from my house and was free. My pants were received back in the US and a refund processed the same day. I’d order from them again.

Worst customer’s service ever
Worst customer’s service ever ! So incredibly disappointing, I just can’t purchase from them again . Oh , and good luck getting your money back when you return something, excuse after excuse , they talk over you and argue like a toddler when you call. I told them I was going to file a dispute on PayPal and they told me that if I did that they won’t give me my money back for at least 75 days, threat much ?? This company went down hill QUICK!
I have over 10 pieces from Vuori
I have over 10 pieces from Vuori, all that I love. It wasn't until one item started coming apart only after 6 months of wearing it that I had to deal with customer service. No warranty. 0. Not a manufacturers warranty, no happiness warranty, no "oops we messed up" warranty. Nothing. I'm sad to say but I will not be supporting this business ever again. Back to Lulu Lemon.

I read the reviews AFTER I received my items, a skort, racer back top and sports crop. Whilst I cannot comment as to their customer service, their products are as described, soft fabrics and well made, I cannot fault them. I am 51kg, 10C bust and 162cm and ordered a small but for a closer fit could have chosen XS as they are definitely generous sizing but not so much as I would want to return or order a different size next time. I am about to order more of the racer back sports crop. I really like this brand and love their colour ways.

I will not buy anything from Vuori…
I will not buy anything from Vuori again. First items I ordered online were workout tops with bra inserts. Both came with inserts that were folded and so lumpy I would not use them as it looked very strange like my breasts had lumps all over. They do not provide any live customer service reps who will take your call so you have to fill out and email and send in photos of the problem. The photo formats were so small it took me forty minutes to find a way to submit them. Then you have to wait a couple days for a reply. They claimed they mailed out new ones that would arrive in 10-15 BUSINESS days!!! Outrageous! Then after waiting 25 days I still had not gotten any. Had to submit another email and then wait two days for a response. Then I was told the rep would send the info to their team and get back to me!! Absolute waste of time and money. A. company with this price point will not last with this kind of awful customer service. Worst part is they cover their horrible customer service emails with things like, "wishing you harmony', "with kindness" while not doing anything to respect their customers time or money or frustration quotient.

STAY AWAY
I suggest you not do business at this place. I purchased about $500 of men’s clothes, and I returned them all after trying them on. All the tags were still on the clothes, and I just tried them on for size. It’s been nearly 3 months, and I’m still trying to get a credit on my AMEX card. I’ve dealt with Cyndy—Customer Service Manager. AMEX says there’s no reason why they can’t process the return because the dispute has been closed and the original charge is my responsibility. Vuori says they received the clothes back, but because of my credit card the credit cannot be processed. I tell you all this so that hopefully you’ll not have to go through what Vuori has put me through. I will never do business with this business again.
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. After only a month of wearing a pair of $130 pants - the seam on the zipper began to fall a part but Vuori will not take ownership of this and send us a replacement pair. They are making me, the customer, spend my time and effort to ship them back AND pay for the shipping - for a defective pair or pants that they created. So just know - if your Vuori clothes start to fall apart - Vuori will not be helpful. For the price we pay - it is horrible customer service

Placed an order on September 2nd, today is November 17th. Nothing!!🤬 I've sent atleast 3 or 4 emails, all they respond with is tracking info that I already have! I tried to order something for my son that's in the Navy 🤬 this company is CRAP! A RIP OFF! Why does it ship from China? Bull Crap! Stay away from this company!!
expedited delivery
I paid for expedited delivery, which ended up being marked for delivery roughly the same date as regular delivery. The only reason I ordered and paid for expedited delivery was to make the specific date for a birthday present. Customer service was unhelpful.
Their time is more important than yours
They are busy “reinventing the customer experience” and can’t be bothered to pick up the phone or text back immediately when it’s a good time for their customers. Instead they want to force you to get in a queue, and they’ll call back or text back when it’s convenient for them. This is backwards to how customer support works; I have time now, but it’s limited. If you call me later, I’ll very likely be unable to pick up. Unacceptable at this price point.
