The item was originally listed as in stock, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed due to unexpected production issues from the manufacturer. This resulted in a longer delivery time than initially estimated. We informed you about the delay both by email and phone as soon as we received this information.
When we received your final cancellation request, the order had already been refunded to your payment card from our side. We’re sorry if this was not clearly communicated and led you to initiate a chargeback.
