I was excited to receive my steam…

I was excited to receive my steam shower but when i opened the package it was the wrong model! i immediately contacted sparmax and they agreed to replace it but the process took weeks. It was such a hassle to deal with.

No delivery since 2.5 weeks

No delivery since 2.5 weeks, even when all was in stock when I ordered it. Now only after 2 days phoning the customer's service they send it today. Very bad company. No recommendation for that shop.
7.10.24 The promised compensation also didn't happened.

very efficient customer support!

Hi, your customer support is more than proactive :).
I was just finishing my purchase and Eivind show up asking if he can help me with my purchase or recommend any other items.
It was nice to see that a live support is on the spot to help a customer proactively and not after few days after the inquiry is raised, as elsewhere.
So, I am looking forward choosing my new bed and a nd a sofa and enjoying my new garden coffee set which will arrive soon :).
