Great service. The dealer wanted me to take the car in and charge me to remove my radio which i can do myself all to get a code. I love the service this company provides. Fast and inexpensive.

After removing car battery and replaced it.. the radio required password....no activities can be done except trying to guess password

Waited a full day to get the radio code, multiple emails and no anwser

It has been 36hrs since i paid for my code. No answer, no replies to contact via email or website. I am ready to report this operation as a scam to the authorities.

I was suspicious to pay but i made decision and did not regret. I get my code in less than 1 hour and code was correct. So if you have any doubt i can send you my ss of correspondation with them to be sure that is authentic.. At first i was thinking these peaple are fake or just robot review, now i know we are real and we live for music in car..

A bit skeptical at first, but the process is simple and worked twice for me as the radio I got at the junk yard didn’t end up working out. One of the times the code didn’t make it to me in less then 2 hours but was there the next day(ordered later in a day on a Friday). Great service though, will return to these guys as needed

I needed pin to unlock a VW radio I purchase on EBay.
I installed it, but radio was in lock mode.
Dealer wanted $89, many sites online are bogus.
I was worry, that I might not able to unlock the radio.

This is such an affordable option. The website says wait 24 hours it maybe more like 48 hours, just need to patient. I will admit I was hesitant at first thought I just paid something for nothing and someone got back to me via email with the pin. It worked!!! Thank you so much for getting back to me right away! I bought a 1999 VW Passat a while ago and recently replaced the battery so I had to enter the radio code. I found two different codes in the glove box and neither of them worked and got locked out of my radio. I thought I was going to have to buy a new radio which I didn’t want to do. I’m so glad they still have a database for cars that old.

Like everyone else, I've wondered if I could trust this shop. Especially since creditcard is needed to do the code purchase and the website isn't safe (my browser gives warning) to fill in your card information. But, took the chance. And happy so! I've got confirmation of payment right away, and the code arrived within 5 minutes. Tested it right away and finally, it worked! Very satisfied, since the local VW dealer asks crazy (insulting) prices to VW owners... this has been a great cheap and quick alternative. I highly recommend this site if you need the code of you VW radio. Beside the shop itself, I do advice you to lock your creditcard payments for a while after using it on this website, since the site lacks any protection, data is (very) easily stolen by 3th parties... In my case, I need to confirm by phone when my card is used to make a payment. Better safe than sorry. The shop is fine, but you never know who is watching...

Done everything correct and still 2 weeks on with no code and multiple attempted contacts. No phone number or building address so unable to contact them myself. scammers
