These guys are amazing!!

These guys are amazing!!! VW quoted me $260 to give me the code for a car that I had bought of them with the stereo in it! Would not even negotiate!!!

One quick search and I was lucky enough to find them. Paid and typed in my details. Within 2 hours they sent me the code! All for under $20 Australian. So happy!!!! Thanks guys!!!

After reaching out to our local dealer…

After reaching out to our local dealer to get the radio/navigation code, we went in for an appointment, waited an hour, then they came back out and said they could not get the code that day. They said we needed to come back and expect to leave the car over night at $200/hr. I then reached out to the main VW customer service, which put me on hold while he researched the situation. I had told him that I have the vin and serial number of the radio/navigation and I was told they should do it for free because it says so in the owners Manuel. He came back 20 min later to tell me that it is only free for 1998-2004 cars so we needed to go through a dealership so they can scan it. I said, “so it is VW practice to charge $200/hr to get a code on a used car(2009)”? He said, “yes”. Absolutely absurd customer service. This is my college aged daughters car which needed a new battery, when that was replaced the radio locked out and there was no card with the owners Manuel. What a scam from VW. VWcodes was able to get our radio/navigation code in 2 hours! And for less than $25 and no need to leave our home. Thanks again for not robbing people!

2007 Passat radio code

Changed the battery in my mother's 2007 Passat, and, of course, I needed the code to unlock the radio. Pretty sure my father filed it away somewhere, but he's been dead for 12 years, so needless to say, he was no help.
I contacted my local VW dealer, as recommended by VW Canada, and was told they'd need the car for an hour to hook up this, and check that - $125 plus tax.
Found VWCodes online, and figured "What the heck".
Entered the radio serial number (a 2 minute job pulling the radio), made the payment, and waited.
I knew from the negative reviews that it could take longer than the 2 hours, and to check my Junk folder for the response.
OK, so it took 6 hours, big deal - what VWCodes charged would just have been the tax on the $125, so I saved $125. And the response did end up in my Junk folder, by the way.
Entered the code, and poof! - thar be music!
Totally satisfied and happy.

Legitimate

I paid for the code and was skeptical at first, I thought I had been scammed as soon as I read these reviews. I understand peoples skepticism as it's so cheap compared to the dealership. They wanted $90 AUD for me to come in and they said it's a 50/50 chance it would even work. I received my code and my headunit is working just fine. Contact me on insta at 00LEWD if you need some confirmation. Really thankful to these guys I'll be telling mates to come get a code from here

Was hesitant at first but decided to give it a try (dealership wanted to charge $75 for the code retrieval). Received a payment receipt to my email right away. Waited more than 4 hours... nothing... Emailed them back with radio serial number. They finally got back to me with my code 6 hours after I paid. The code was correct and my radio is now working again. Thank you!

Awesome service, got my radio working!

Awesome service! Bought a used V dub with a radio that was locked out and no owners manual. All the free radio code generators online wouldn't work, so I gave them my radio serial number and a couple dollars, and was sent a code the same day. The code worked, I can now jam out while getting 40mpg!

Scam

This is a scam!

I entered all the requirements and paid, but I just received an error message that I should contact A fake email address cs_at_freecarradiocodes.com. I have emailed them but they do not reply. They also have no contact details on the website or any terms & conditions policy.

So I have paid to get an error message. It sucks

Do not get caught by these scammers like me.
