EVIE was amazingly professional and friendly for my booking. Explained everything to me and had to adapt and make the agreement work a few times and I always felt like she was doing what’s best for me as a customer throughout my career rental. I only return where I feel I was treated like a person not a number and I will certainly only fire from VW going forward

I hire a a van at least once a month for fishing trips, the hire process is fast and reliable. I find these vans are always very well maintained never had any problems and the service is always great , big shout out to Sean who I think is a real asset to the company

Super friendly service, everyone at the dealer is great, van was nice and clean when I picked it up and quickly went through the paperwork before I left.

Possibly met half a dozen different members of staff whilst renting and returning vehicles. On every occasion we could not fault the customer service, friendliness and quality of vehicles.

I have rented few times with Citygate West London and its always been a great experience, their cars are clean nice and very convinient. All the staff was amazing and Taylor was happy to help me with anything i needed.
