It was very easy to get the car and the return process was simple. I was however, surprised at the lack of education on the vehicle we were given. Our representative just handed the keys over with out checking the level of gas in the car or went over any of the sat nav and operational tech stuff. Just handed the keys and walked away. Returning the car seemed easy but didn't get any confirmation on receipt of the condition we returned the car in or any explanation on whether or not we were getting our deposit back. No paperwork.. treated the same way on the exit. We had a great conversation with the rep, he checked the milage and the car, took the keys and said "that's it, have a great day." Great guy but left me thinking that this is either a fantastic way to rent a car or Im about to get my deposit taken for incidentals that suddenly turned up after we left? No paperwork to sign off on?

Collection--- Tyler as usual, efficient and very pleasant. Low mileage Golf manual presented in good condition and indeed returned at 14.20hrs 9/10/26 again in good condition. Receptionist signed for . Well done VWFS Solihull.

Absolutely fine as always. I use this on a regular basis and have done for the past four years never had a complaint as usualonly thing I query time was the car came without fuel and every other time it’s been fully filled but that’s not a problem because you have to put fuel anyway it was just a question if they changed there way of hiring but no complaints never have had finest higher I have ever had competent friendly staff manageable just can’t for them thank you once again

Great friendly service. Hired a VW ID3 which came in great condition. I had family come to stay and wanted to live with an electric car for a week or so... at a reasonable price. All boxes ticked... good experience... will be back!

I rented a camper over the weekend.
What a pleasure it was.
From collecting to returning everything went smooth.
When I arrived, Dave part of the rental team had my camper ready to sign for and leave. This is not my first time renting a camper. These are so easy to set up and pack away even if you want to go for a quick drive in between your camping trip.

Easy and affordable prices. I was given a 26 plate T Roc, which was perfect for the location I was driving too. Also peace of mind knowing it was brand new and wouldn’t run into any issues. Shahk was also a credit to the Company, sorted the job out and was on the road in less than 20 minutes, definitely would use this service again.

We hired a passenger ID Buzz for the weekend. Easy booking process with clear upfront pricing. The Buzz was nearly new and nicely spec'd. Friendly and helpful service from John. Top stuff.

First time I have used VWFS rent-a-car and will definitely use them again the next time I need to rent. Super friendly and efficient staff, lovely almost new car that was clean, and straightforward pickup and drop off processes. What’s not to like.

I have been renting with them for years now. Once I started renting with them, I stopped checking other possibilities. They are just so friendly, helpful and the cars are so convenient. I feel safe just to go straight to them. On top of this, Richard is really a nice guy, making things simple and easy.
