Excellent support and quick issue resolution
I don’t often leave reviews on Trustpilot, but I felt this one was worth it.
The main reason is the level of support I received via WhatsApp, which was genuinely excellent. The installation itself went smoothly overall, although there was a small issue with the CT clamp and some audible noise. That said, the response from the company was immediate both times I reached out, and they had someone back out within the hour to fix to immediately rectify it, which was really impressive.
The price was also very competitive, and I was able to take advantage of a small promotional discount on the unit, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend WaEV
WaEV where the only company that would come out and do a survey before I paid and had the job done. There would have been no way I could have taken pictures or videos of the what actually needed doing.
The electrician was amazing, came on his own and just got on with it. This was definitely a two man job. The poor guy was at my house from 8.30am until 4pm. It was a big job.
I highly recommend WaEv though. Everyone else wants you to pay for it first, then send pictures and videos. Which is ok if the circuit box is closed to where you having it installed.
Thank you WaEv and the electrician who did the installation.

broadband change caused non electric
A recent broadband change caused some confusion with our equipment, so I contacted support via WhatsApp on Easter Sunday morning. I genuinely didn’t expect a response, but one came through almost immediately.
The issue itself wasn’t complicated, but the service was outstanding. The problem was identified straight away, we were asked to give the operator a moment, and it was resolved quickly and without any fuss.
Fast, responsive, and genuinely professional — especially impressive given it was a bank holiday. Excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Quick, simple & fuss free.
My waEV charger was fitted in a little over a week from my first contact with them. The installation team were punctual, polite and extremely efficient.
So far, my charging experience has been faultless. The kit is simple to use and it gets the job done in a fuss free manner.
I would absolutely recommend waEV, their service, communication and aftercare has been outstanding.

Initially Slow but when I contacted they they were superb
After a slow start and some issues, Joe contacted me on Good Friday and has been in touch a number of times since. He has arranged for a charger to be delivered today Monday 06/04/26 despite it being a holiday and I can have fitted any day this week to suit my circumstances. Initially, the service let me down, but it is how problems get dealt with that gives you a true measure of a firm and when push came to shove they were superb.
