Very reasonable price with 0% finance options and had no issues so far with the charger. Install was completed in around a week after order and the electrician who completed the install was excellent and explained everything I needed to know.

I bought this charger after reading…
I bought this charger after reading good reviews. It was a little fiddly to get the software all working and talking to each other however the sign of a good company is when you message them for support and you get help immediately. I was able to get advice straight away even though it was out-of-hours and sort the issue out. Afterwards, I noticed that the messages have actually come from the managing director himself! Thoroughly recommend. The charger is now working perfectly and is a nice piece of kit.

Very professional engineer
Very professional engineer, completed job with care.
Customer services so far is excellent, very responsive to any questions asked. They deal with customers very professionally. I got my charger installed within 10 days from the point of placing an order - superfast. Charger running so far good - got installed today. I would highly recommend this company for EV charger.

The fitting was first rate
The fitting was first rate. The only thing that wasn't explained before I bought the charger was the cable is only 5 meters which meant I have to amend the position I park my car to charge it

Great customer service
WaEV-charge have provided us with exceptional customer service. We were impressed by there speedy service to install our EV charger and the engineer who came out was professional, informative and thorough (flagging up a potential power issue from the grid and contacting the relevant service to check the fault). Since it has been installed I have recieved excellent swift help when I have rung up to check/ask a couple of questions. Everyone I have spoken to has made sure that they have fully answered my question and run extra checks to see how my charger is working. Also the price for the charger and installation was very competitive. I would highly recommend waEV!
