Reliable and affordable payroll software.
I am a professional accountant and have been recommending Wagepoint to clients for several years now. It does everything the larger and better known payroll providers do, but at a more affordable price for smaller enterprises.
I found customer support to be reliable. I usually correspond with them via email and they respond within 24 hours.

I am totally happy with the level of service that I receive from Wagepoint.
Response time to my requests for support, seems to be best when I send an email directly to support. The phone message request for service, is poor.
When we do connect, all issues are resolved with a written response, that is supported with a sequenced explanation. To keep this customer extremely happy, please do not ask me in the future, to write a written review of your services.
A few multiple choice questions would be fine.

Great platform
It is a great platform that makes doing payroll easy and generating T4's a simple process. I love also that it remits to the government for you. It does seem to be a bit pricier than some other platforms.
