The product is very good and is exactly what I needed to travel my dog safely.
It has some very innovative features which allow the travel pod to be securely fixed in the back of my car
The only reason it is not 5 stars is the delivery time wait. It was on preorder so knew it wouldn’t arrive straightaway.
However it was a further month with me contacting them twice via email.
Each email was promptly replied to which I found reassuring explaining the reason for the delay.
As already stated it was worth the wait and the gift of a collapsible dog bowl was a nice touch.

I ordered two travel beds as I was getting a new puppy and needed it for her to travel in to get home.We had a long drive so needed her safe.I was told that the company didn’t have enough stock so had to buy another bed.I received the others at the weekend and they are really good.I’m very pleased with the quality and Ivy loves it.Would’ve given 5 stars if the delivery had been quicker or I had been told a timescale when I ordered.

Shockingly bad service and communication and very average product, sold at premium price.
Like so many others I ordered in April, a bed which was in stock at point of sale. Soon received an email thanking me for the ‘pre-order’ then several emails advising delays for different reasons. Earlier this month I ran out of patience and cancelled and surprise…. I received dispatch notification. So it has arrived 3 months later and was not worth the wait. It is a very average fabric and filling is lumpy. Unless you can’t get similar car attachments elsewhere, my advice is don’t bother. I have wondered if this company is a scam but now conclude they are just completely incompetent.

Really love our new dog bed for the car. The wait was long but worth it. I was informed of the delays and happy I was kept updated throughout my order.

It’s a new and growing company so needed to be patient with delivery time but the founder kept me regularly informed on progress. The beds have now arrived and are fantastic both dogs love them and we’re very happy with how safe our beloved furry family will be.

Although delivery was delayed, I was kept informed. I purchased mainly for holidays hoping my lab would prefer lying on this bed than the one we normally took. It worked. It was a bit fiddly to fix in the car, with no instructions in the parcel. However Max sent them by email almost by return. A quick panic regarding removing the bed from the car, which ended up easier than I thought. So we had a good holiday, a safe doggy in the car, and one sleeping comfortably at night.

Although the size was not right for my car, the customer service has been responsive and helpful. I was able to return with their prepaid label and am now waiting for my refund. I hope with a bigger car soon we can splurge a bit for the bigger size as well.

I ordered the dog dock on 28 May and still haven’t received it. I have been promised delivery over and over again for end of the week, but the week comes and go. Terrible customer service with false promises and I’m being bombarded with marketing emails to buy more when I’ve not received what I ordered. I would recommend buying one from elsewhere.

I was trying to find a good dog bed to transport our new naughty puppy. It arrived as scheduled and is made of such good quality fabric that even Rufus cannot chew through it. We are so pleased with it an have no hesitation in recommending it. High sides, isofix, and good harness to keep him in the seat. He happily jumps into it and after a mile or so he settles down and goes to sleep. Thank you for this and we love the name of Wagging Rights. We wish you every success in the world.

Ordered on Sunday and was delivered on Tuesday - next working day as stated when I ordered. Looks lovely and great quality. Would definitely recommend

It's really great quality, strong, looks good and fits either on the back seat or the boot. I collected my rescue dog yesterday she settled down straight away and slept most of the journey. I think she approved and loved it.

Very pleased with the quality of the bed. Quick response to any communication. A guide to assemble and install would have been useful but found a video on YouTube which showed everything. Very secure and looks so comfortable. Digby loves it!!

Top quality product and great communication. Yes there was a slight delay but I was kept updated throughout. Please give this company the patience it deserves.

What a fantastic product. I had the medium dog travel bag. The quality is superb. I have a Cavapoo. They are not the cheapest but I would recommend not only for your dog’s safety but the look and quality in my car It can be used as a cosy bag for in the house. The delivery was a few weeks but I’m sure as they get going this will get faster

Despite a longer than anticipated wait for the arrival of the dog bed, when it came it was very good quality and worth the money.
Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time for the journey I needed it for and I have only used it for 1 very short journey which wasn’t enough to measure if it helped my dogs anxiety for travel.

Our order arrived to us here in the US faster than expected, which I see is unlike most other customer experiences here so far. We bought a medium and we are hoping it will be big enough for our rescue dog who is the size of a Norfolk terrier or beagle. The XL was going to be too big, as we didn't want it to take up the whole backseat. I bought it mainly because I like that it uses the LATCH tethers like a child safety seat.

The bed is cute and cozy. The material is like naugahyde, which I didn't realize when purchasing. I couldn't tell from the photos online and assumed incorrectly that it was cloth fabric, which it is not. (Except for the base pillow/cushion, which is a soft fabric.)

The box included a flyer requesting we give product feedbackby scanning a QR code, but when we scan the QR code we get an error message saying "DEACTIVATED: the QR code owner needs to choose a plan to reactivate this code."

Would have preferred that the box included some quick/easy instructions on how to correctly assemble and install the bed, rather than giving us a useless QR code.

Overall, the product is decent and our initial opinion is that it seems to suit the purpose as indicated. However, it is pretty expensive for what it is (I paid $105 and feel that was still too pricey, in all honesty.) The fit and finish just isn't there yet. But keep working on it!
- Update the website description to fully describe the materials used so no surprises
- Update the QR code, or don't include the QR flyer with shipments
- Consider putting a small half-sheet with assembly/installation directions in the box instead
- lower the price if possible

Very pleased with the dog bed. Looks very well made. Delivery took a long time and I was getting a bit worried however, each time I chased an update, I received a quick reply and update.
Very genuine company

Absolutely fantastic quality , our dog jumped into it straight away. The only reason I gave 4 stars was delivery. It is a pre order which I knew however it did take 6 weeks to come. I must admit customer service was fantastic at keeping in touch and offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel, so glad I didn’t . My only advice is to not expect quick delivery and if you are not in a hurry it is well worth the wait, would definitely recommend . Edit: Been using it 3 weeks and recently did a 280 miles each way journey and Storm was so settled in the car , I think it’s because there is no risk of her or the bed sliding about
