This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I placed an order and immediately sent a message asking them to cancel it and refund my money because I never received an email confirmation of the order, which made me suspicious. They do not respond to messages sent through their website and the email waggypup.com is not a valid email address. I had to open a complaint with my visa card company to try and get my refund. Very bad reviews on the BBB. Buyer beware.

Disappointed
I ordered a bark collar for my pup. It took over a month to come in and customer service lied to me about it being shipped out. Once it FINALLY came in, I put it on and it beeped maybe one time in the 3 days I used it. My dog barked several times each day and it did not do it’s job even on the highest sensitivity level. I was very dissatisfied in the product and the customer service.
