Highly recommend their grocery section. Solid assortment of high-quality meats at very reasonable prices. Most recently they added a selection of Wagyu cuts that are absolutely delicious and you can actually taste the difference.

I love my classic video game system that I bought there, such a great deal for an entire library of awesome games in a small package. I also bought ten pounds of chicken wings for my air fryer. I've since had some awesome nights with friends eating hot wings and playing some retro classics.

I brought 2 expandable garden hose and both of them burst in the middle after less then 5 days. So I called them but no answer. It was just a recording told me to email them. So I did. It is over 2 weeks now, no bosy reply. This website is a scam.

HORRIBLE! Borderline CRIMINAL. Knowingly selling defective JUNK. On the bandwagon, call them and recording says they are NOT taking calls. I can see why. Profits are UP and they are not taking calls. Sold me a defective BBQ. Didn't work within 1st week of purchase. I have been emailing them several times over the last 2 weeks and NO response. Certainly this type of behavior is making them millions of extra dollars. Nice policy, sell something and then not be available. WOW! I suppose they feel in this day and age of no accountability they can just not respond. Sounds like a legal issue is in order.
Do not buy boxes of frozen meat for delivery
Bought boxes of frozen steaks, chicken breasts, and burgers from Wagjag grocery for delivery by Foodkangeroo. The bistro steaks are frozen in two packs so you can’t cook an odd number. The chicken breasts are frozen in a giant block, impossible to separate without thawing all 30 portions at once. The box of burgers arrived mostly thawed - no idea how long they were in a hot delivery vehicle so they are going straight in the trash. Unless you want to cook the whole box of meat at once, do not buy boxed meats from Wagjag grocery and if you do, buy using a pick up location. The delivery service is terrible and when I contacted them, they emailed back “not our problem, call Wagjag”. Just don’t waste your money.

I ordered two products from this site on January 18, 2021; unfortunately both products were still undelivered by January 26. I contacted Wagjag regarding the status of my order. Their customer support team were fairly easy to deal with (friendly). The next day, one of the two products was delivered, and they refunded the price of the non delivered product immediately.
The product (thermal socks) that was delivered does not work. The socks are extremely uncomfortable as there is a wire that runs up the full length of the sock; yet, the only part that feels slightly warm is the portion on your toes. It is important to be aware that this company does not allow returns. All products are final sales.
Overall, I would not recommend buying products from Wagjag.

I'm seeing a bunch one star reviews
I'm seeing a bunch one star reviews. But with the deal so good at Halloween Night of Lights, I had to take my chance. Now, just purchasing from the site isn't the end of it, you have to redeem the promo code and then apply it to the Night of Lights website to claim it, and it worked like a charm. A $28 regular purchase became a $17 (cause I used an additional Honey app to discount it more). Now, let's see if it actually works at the event. So far so good.

Defective order and missing items
I placed 3 different items from Wagjag, the first one was individually wrapped alcohol wipes which got delivered fairly quickly but the wipes were dry. The second order was car dash camera, which took a while to get delivered. When I received the delivery, it was very light so I opened the box and saw that the camera wasn't in it but only the accessories. Today I received the third order, which was 2 of the motion activated cordless light with LED bulb, but only one came and that box looks all beat up that I'm afraid to even open it. I've sent an email to them about the first two orders but haven't heard back from them. I will email them again about the third order that's missing one item but at this point I'm about to give up. Any advice on how I can get a refund?

They promoted a folding backpack for $24 as an incredible deal. On Wish i found the EXACT item and colour for $3. What a rip off.
I also ordered meat from them before it came so full of fat i had to toss it as they refused to take it back. I will never but anything from these people again.

After responding to a "Save Money on Groceries" Wagjag offer I purchased 2 orders of "Wild Pacific Salmon". I was shocked when I finally received the so called salmon "fillets"! I opened the carton to find the infamously crappy Aqua Star products with each piece encased in plastic packed inside more plastic: EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF THE 32 "FILLETS" WAS LITTLE MORE THAN THE SCRAP TAIL END OF THE FISH!!! ON MANY PIECES THE SKIN WAS ACTUALLY THICKER THAN THE FLESH ITSELF MAKING AT LEAST 1/3 OF THE FISH INEDIBLE AND DISGUSTING TO SEE!! UNBELIEVABLE!
Furthermore, the packaging info showed that the fish came from China and was packaged in Russia!! YUKKK!!! Seriously! Does ANYONE actually want ANYTHING in their house from those combined sources these days?!!
I am absolutely furious with WagJag and will never again buy anything from them without knowing the exact verifiable source.

Very disappointing
I have ordered a few things from wag jag. Quality has been very disappointing. Ordered purses that took over 3 months to arrive and when they did they were not as described. Ordered compression socks that are so small that I can’t even get them on. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I got some lame remark about "managment change in 2017". Well, I dont really care... I purchased these vouchers stating that the value will never expire. If a company goes out of bus, or changes mgmnt they are supposed to refund you. Well..... not true!! What I purchased is a legal contract... the new mgmnt should honour existing business that was paid for.
I had several vouchers that are unusable; totalling $256.00. Wagjag is giving me a $30. credit. Are you Serious!

Was told that my credits would never expire and then new management came in and they expired without notification. They basically just say, too bad and keep your money. Now small claims court is my next step!
