MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN
I ordered dresses from Waislamaa, spent over £100 and the quality was awful! I contacted the customer service via phone, live chat and email and it was very difficult to get hold of someone. After explaining I wanted to return my items they requested I send videos as proof that the products are poor quality items. I sent over 6 images and videos and nobody has gotten back to me. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Give me my money back please!
My Purchase was 23/09/22. I have had absolutely no correspondence from this company since my initial purchase despite sending them weekly emails requesting a shipping update. I now want a refund and guess what?...still no acknowledgement of my refund emails. This company are stealing our money and I have no idea how we get it back. To similar Waisalama customers in the same position, please can you recommend a course of action to retrieve our monies!

Never received my order. After complaining, they said they were waiting for items coming back into stock. They should never have advertised them in the first place. No communication for weeks.

Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks.

The owner called me to apologize for the inconvenience
I originally adhered to the most recent reviews, showing this web site just took orders that did fulfill and may very well be a scam. But I was wrong!
However, the owner called me personally, apologized for the inconvenience and issued me a full refund for my order (which indeed I never received). He explained he had been in the hospital, in intensive care for 2 months and naturally had not been able to run his business.
I really appreciate the fact he called me personally to explain and issued me the refund right away, no questions.
I really do wish him success getting his business back on its feet, especially after all the initial bad reviews. If he made things right with you then join me in updating your review!

Amended review…..Their website showed the incorrect…
Amendment to the review below……. Received a call saying that they would now refund me even though they had not received the returned item. Have highlighted that it is the way a complaint is dealt with that matters the most. I am relieved and grateful to have received the refund today. *Their website showed the incorrect returns address so the coat I returned was never received by them and despite requests I have never received a refund.
They refused to take responsibility for the incorrect address and the emails said it was my own fault for sending it back
