I purchased a product with the understanding that I could return it if needed. However, when I followed the return instructions on the Wakera.us website, I received no response. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never heard back and was unable to return the item. Wakera is a SCAM.
I was really skeptical about wakera.us since it looked like new business. i really like one custom bracelet for my GF, i took a leap of fate, went ahead and placed an order. I got an email from them in literally 5 min, that i forgot to mention name with the picture i provided. I provided the picture via email and my GF received it yesterday which was pretty quick. All great. 5 stars.
