Still haven't received order

I've ordered this over a month ago and haven't received it yet. When contacting them (versus them informing me of this situation), they mentioned that the order would take a month (most likely for COVID-related issues and supply chain issues). Given the transparency at the moment. The other option would get a similar model which I decided to do and wait the time. They mentioned they would give me tracking information but they haven't yet. I have to keep reaching out to them on updates versus them updating me given they are the ones messing up. As a whole, I have skeptical views of them.

EDIT: i did receive my order and the stand works great

Great stand.

Sturdy. It has the capability of holding monitors much larger than I put on it, In fact the two I put on it (24in landscape, 18in portrait) are about as small as it can handle. With those two on it, It feels bulky and large,. This thing could easily handle 2 32s in landscape have tried to find something smaller if I had known.
