It's been 4 days since I last posted a review for the Chantelle buffet. I have rec'd 2 more emails from 2 different people. One says they will offer me a 10% refund on the order or send me a new door. However, the door they are to be sending out is the WRONG DOOR! The other reply was they see I rec'd a replacement part that was defective a while back so they will send me that same part again.
Despite my overwhelming frustration with their so-called customer service, I can't help but laugh at the absurdity. My next step will be to call them but I don't think I'll get any further. *Just called twice. They have 5 options to chose from. No matter which option I selected, the robot states their hours, telling you all agents are busy, so please call back later-then drops the call. I will try again later but I have a feeling I'll never get through to anyone.

Defective Product, Poor Quality, and No Customer Service
I ordered a TV stand from Walker Edison on May 29, 2024, which was delivered on June 5. When I opened the box on June 9, one of the main boards was damaged - the area where screws were supposed to be inserted was broken and missing wood, making assembly impossible.
I submitted a parts replacement request the same day per their website instructions, which state that customers will receive a response within 5 -10 business days. I followed up multiple times, including a final message on June 26. Despite my efforts, I received only automated replies and never heard back from a real representative. No resolution was ever provided.
The product quality is poor, and the customer service is basically non-existent. I wish I had listened to all of the negative reviews instead of giving them a chance just because I thought the TV stand was cute. 10/10 NOT worth it.
Even my attempt to leave a review on their product page was never posted, which raises serious concerns about transparency. I highly recommend not shopping with this company - they do not stand behind their products and offer no real customer support.
Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy, completely unwilling to provide any meaningful customer service. Poor quality furniture and "wood" color does not match photos at all. An actual scam.

One word. Incompetence. Shipped me a completely different model and color of bar stools l ordered. They responded with no empathy and no accountability for their error. Also l requested for a pickup return because my vehicle could not accommodate the large size box that was sent and they refused to help saying l had to take it to fedex myself even tho this was their error. They said my replacement would be shipped the next day it’s been a week and it still has not shipped. Refused to do anything for the inconvenience saying they already agreed to send me the correct item. A joke right?! I asked for a manager Rafael Herrera and Kylie Denovellis refused to let me speak with one and said they would pass my info along. I will never be purchasing anything from this company again and will be passing the message alone.
Low quality
Low quality, one of the drawers on the dresser I purchased won’t stay assembled because of poor quality/misalignment and the company won’t replace just the drawer parts. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this brand again. I also bought a matching nightstand, same issue with quality. You could purchase something from Walmart, save a buck, and have a nicer/higher quality piece.
Purchased a fireplace from home depot…
Purchased a fireplace from home depot and the fire place insert threw a code as soon as we plugged it in. Did a rest on the unit and worked for a little bit then same code. Needed a replacment fireplace insert home depot did do the fireplace replacments so had to call walker edison. They seemed to be all over it but didn't get an email confirmation. Called them to see what was going on and said they needed a vidoe to prove what was going on and then we could start moving forward again. No problem with that sent it got an email saying a work order had been made and the shipping details would be sent via email 3 weeks later no email called them again. They said we don't have that unit in stock anymore and would need to go through home depot for a replacment or refund. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME TO KNOW WEEKS AGO! off to home depot to see what our next step is now! 3 months from purchase date

I would leave no stars if possible. I have no words to describe how horrible my experience with this company has been. I ordered a bed and nightstand which both had damaged parts. I only needed 1 leg for the bed and they insisted on sending a whole new bed as they didn't have a replacement leg. Customer Service told me to take the leg out and they would send a return label for fed ex. Now they are telling me I have to dispose of this bed that they delivered to the wrong address and that is extremely heavy and needs 3 people to lift! The furniture looks nice in the photos but is cheaply made. If you call customer service, each rep will give a different answer.
LOST IN TRANSIT EXCUSE
What a black friday deal nightmare! Thought i was getting a smokin deal at 75% off for a fireplace-tv stand! Placed my order Nov 28th- promised Dec 4th. Then 6th. Then 10th. Then it's never been scene again since leaving their facility!! If it even left. Same excuse given to all: we cant refund it after it left our facility- gives you a tracking number that never moves after Walker Edison inputs 'left our facility' 1 day after orders are placed. Pretty good con huh? After reading these reviews, I'm LUCKY it was thru Amazon!! They gave me a full refund after waiting the 14 days. I don't understand how a Co can sell with the big stores & just not ship anything over & over yet stay in business.
Very Disappointed – Color-Mismatch and Terrible Return Policy
I purchased these nightstands expecting the lighter wood shown in the photos, but when they arrived, the color was much darker than advertised. Unfortunately, they didn’t match my room at all. When I reached out to the company for a return, they refused to cover the cost of shipping, and their return policy was unreasonably restrictive. I was left with no choice but to eat the return shipping fees, which added insult to injury. It’s frustrating when a product doesn’t live up to expectations, but even more so when customer service is so unhelpful. I won’t be purchasing from this company again and would strongly caution others to think twice before buying.
Delayed shipping and no status updates about delays
Ordered two nightstands, a dresser, and a bed frame. All were sold at a very reasonable sale price. Website states orders will ship in 48-72 hours unless otherwise indicated, which the bed frame was listed as back ordered. After a week and a half of not hearing anything about any item I reached out to check on status. After another week, I heard back from customer service that they were looking into it and a few days later they provided updated shipping estimates. I received the night stands three weeks after ordering and the dresser the following week. The bed frame backorder shipping date was pushed back a month later than advertised at time of sale. It’s understandable that items won’t always be immediately available to ship, but it’s disappointing that anticipated delays weren’t communicated at the time of sale or without the customer having to reach out to the company. It took a while to hear back from customer service the first time I reached out but once we connected they were very responsive and helpful—they provided updated shipping dates and some items were shipped shortly after making contact. The items that arrived appear to be good value for the price, nice design, and were easy to put together.

My new dresser came already scratched and without the correct pieces. It took 2 months for them to actually read my request and send those pieces. No customer service number. Total hassle. I will never buy from walker edison again.
No shipment of merchandise
It has been 8 days since I ordered a few items and have not received any info regarding shipment. I emailed and call the customer service . I was told they are waiting for the order processing team to
provide information and that could take up to 48 hours. I will never order from them again. Not sure if this company is legit or a scam.
Incorrect Photos
I bought a nightstand and picked the color based on the first photo. Apparently, the first photo isn't actually the right color, and to return it, I can only get about 30% of what I paid back. Really a bad business with bad customer service.
Outdoor bench had two right sides
Outdoor bench had two right sides in the box. Could not put it together because side wouldn't fit correctly. Called company and they said they would not replace because we bought it from a discount store. After many emails, the company said they wouldn't replace. Who's fault is it that it was package incorrectly packed? The consumer? Come on, this company is a joke. They obviously couldn't care less about quality control.
TERRIBLE QUALITY!
We bought a rattan style bed. We had some issues with broken part which they replaced quickly. Now after 5 months of sleeping on the bed the base piece has snapped in 2.
Fraudulent company with an agenda!!!
I placed an order on Walker Edison's website Sunday 8/4/2024 and cancelled the order 2 1/2 hours later. I called Monday morning to make sure the order was cancelled and was not able to get anyone on the phone. I received an email 5 hours later saying "your order has already shipped". I replied to the email and told them that I do not want their product based on their bad reviews. I was told that I would need to pay a 10% restocking fee because the order "had already shipped" and they would only stop FedEx from delivering the order if I agreed to the 10% restocking fee. In addition, the customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. Whatever you do make sure you do not buy anything from this company! They are an absolute FRAUD! Buyers beware.....

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a set of two end tables advertised as “solid wood.” Well, part was solid wood but other parts were particle board which was not mentioned in the description of the item. Once put together, the back of the table did not line up with the sides of the table. They agreed to let me return the items but were going to deduct a $50 return fee from the refund due to “buyer’s remorse.” Even though I explained that the tables were both not as advertised and also defective they would not budge. Fine. At this point I just wanted to get some money back, so I shipped the tables back using their provided return labels, and they were delivered back to Walker Edison over 5 weeks ago. Almost weekly I have emailed customer service asking for an update on my refund——and received no response at all other than automated replies. I finally was able to talk to someone at the company today who still insisted that they were keeping $50 of my money and who had no explanation at all for why I was still waiting for my refund after they had received my return over a month ago. This company sells cheaply made products that they try to sell as higher quality and their customer service is basically non-existent.
Don't weigh reviews older than 2023 too much...
They have seemed to upgrade their packing methods. I ordered a nightstand, bed frame, and coffee table from walkeredison.com All 3 arrived on time via FedEx and in perfect condition. They packed the boxes well and filled all the voids. They even added Masonite for packaging and heavy glue to the boxes for added rigidity.
As for the quality of the product: They are built well, solid wood for sure, but it's a 'you get what you pay for' in terms of wood species. Every piece looks as it does on the site. It's good furniture for the price and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Really they will do anything to squeeze you out of your money, and they won’t even hide it! Completely disgusting !
