Super fast delivery. It's hard to find solid wood midcentury modern nightstands but love the Sloan in natural wood color. Quick assembly, no zillions of pieces. Recommend!

POOR quality. Terrible return process. Difficult to assemble

RUN. RUN far, far way from this company. I truly hope you read my review before you put yourself in a situation to have the unbelievably stressful and expensive experience I did. First, DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I posted a negative review and it was not posted. I believe their reviews are computer generated. The furniture is total garbage, takes, on average, 3-4 hours per piece to put together and the return process is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY

Disappointing

I will have to agree with the reviews below and say I have experienced the same. I purchased a desk from this website through my job and within 2 1/2 months of moving it, the piece of junk fell apart. What a shame. It says a lot too they haven't even claimed their profile on this site so they really don't care about their customers. I hope I keep in mind to read TP reviews on stuff before I continue to be a consumer in this economy moving forward.

Can't repair a six-month old piece of crap

We have owned a nighstand for about six months, and the component broke that keeps the drawer from sliding all the way out. I sent a photo and details via email, and was asked to fill out a ridiculously long form (which included fields for info that no customer should have to provide beyond order #...felt like a distributor form). Anyway, did all that, was asked what part number the missing part belonged to (how on earth would I know this??), and then responded with you're outside of warranty so you have to pay for part...but part is not available because this item is being discontinued. WHAT? They couldn't have saved me all that back and forth when I provided the item number and a photo of the part from the get-go? Unbelievable. No integrity, crappy stuff.

FRAUD - Do NOT shop here!!!!

Do NOT buy products from this website. I bought a dresser from them a little over a week ago. I was going to assemble it 6 days ago and found broken parts- 1 part was broken in half and the other had a huge crack right in the center. I contacted Walker Edison by email and Customer Service replied that they will send me a replacement for the broken part. I told them I don't want to replace. The way the parts were thrown in the box, I won't be surprised that there are more parts that's broken. I just didn't have the patience to go through a million parts to see which one is broken and which one isn't. The way the parts were packed, it could easily break.
Walker Edison stopped responding once I asked for a refund and I was ready to ship the package back to them. I contacted them 3 times via email and called them multiple times during Mountain Standard Time and no answer. I'm going to report them to BBB if I don't get a response within 24 hours.

My wife ordered a dresser for our soon…

My wife ordered a dresser for our soon to be newborn baby from this company. The components inside the box were incorrect and did not match the instructions at all. We contacted the company to send the correct pieces and they did, or so we thought. The pieces again were incorrect. We asked for a refund this time. They told my 8 month pregnant wife to repackage the dresser and have a courier return it in order to receive a refund. We of course did not keep any packaging because we didn’t envision not having the correct pieces to build the dresser, so we had no packaging to return it with. When I called the company and spoke directly to a representative, they apologized for asking my 8 month pregnant wife to box and return herself and told me to dispose of it with picture proof and they would issue a refund. We did exactly that and Walker Edison has ceased communication. Won’t respond to our email chain (they were previously very responsive) and when I call they take my order # and just leave me on hold. When I previously called the first time I spoke with them I wasn’t on hold for more than 5 minutes. I waited for an hour + (2 separate times) since being told to dispose of the dresser and send pics. No refund has been issued in a process that’s been going on well over a month. I thought maybe this was an isolated incident but in speaking with friends and family they all reported similar incidents. Very unfortunate. We will never buy from this company again nor would we recommend to anyone. This company values their profits over taking care of their customers and fixing their mistakes. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Hope you don't mind paying for products you don't actually receive!!!

I placed an order for two Spencer nightstands on 10/5/23. The money was collected by Walker Edison as soon as I placed the order. They kept pushing back the shipping date. The last shipping date I received was 12/28/23. That is today. I called to inquire and now the shipping date has been pushed back to mid January. I cancelled the order. They had my money for almost three months and I never received any goods. Buyer beware!!!

I bought two nightstands that were made…

I bought two nightstands that were made so thinly that the screws would not catch into wood . When I went to return them they said my return was a preference problem . I was charged $50 return fee and a 10% restocking fee. I lost $80 and it took them 45 days to complete the return . The nightstand was so cheap I wouldn’t use it in a low use guest bedroom. The one I got from Target was way more solid . Stay away from Walker -Edison . They don’t care about quality or customer service.

AWFUL experience

AWFUL experience. They will not help me with a dresser I purchased from Walmart that was made by them. I spent a good bit of money on it and needed not one, two or three, but FOUR separate parts requests as it has been broken after less than a year. It was impossible to build and most of the part requests were due to it coming without proper pieces or drilled holes. The worst customer support. After I complained, they told me to contact Walmart but Walmart told me to contact them as it was past return window. Their response? Give me a 15% off coupon, which isn’t even helpful considering they have a 30% off one on their site!

I purchased a Walker Edison bunk bed…

I purchased a Walker Edison bunk bed from Lowe’s recently. I hired a handyman to assemble it and a support board broke when my grandchild laid on the bed for the first time. The board literally broke. So I had to have the handyman come back to fix the broken board for an additional $50. I contacted Walker Edison, sent them a photo plus purchase documentation and they told me to contact Lowe’s instead. Apparently, Walker Edison does NOT stand behind their poor quality items.
By this time the bunk bed has been repaired, in an unsightly fashion, so their offer to replace the broken board falls short. DO NOT
purchase Walker Edison furniture unless you are fine with faulty items and poor customer service. Give other companies your business.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Purchased a wooden rocker chair that requires self assembly. Wanted to review it but customer service refused to provide a way to review it.

The chair is nice, but it took way longer than expected to assemble it. Assembly is NOT easy or straightforward. Disappointed in the way they expect the chair to be assembled. Clearly designed by a man or someone who has not actually assembled one of these rocking chairs.

Walker Edison doesn't stand behind their ProductsI bought 6 stools and the veneer…

I bought 6 stools and the veneer delaminated in the first 6 weeks where there was almost no use. It took 6 weeks after I contacted the company and 8 email and numerous calls just to get a response. They said they would send me new seats parts, but then they back out because they didn't have the color that I had, and asked me if I would choose a different color - I reluctantly did, but they said they didn't have 6 so I would have to have miss match chairs. I asked them to come up with a better solution and they refused and said that is what we can offer.

Good product, not so great customer service

I purchased a Walker Edison patio deck chair from Ocean State Job Lot. The chair comes disassembled with very clear instructions of how to assemble it. One of the bolts supplied was defective (the head lacked the hex shape recess for a hex key). I was able to complete the assembly using a bolt that I had, but that didn't match the chair color. The chair is great: very comfortable and stable.
I sent a message requesting a replacement part via Walker Edison's website. When there was no response after 2 weeks, I phoned their customer service number outside of business hours and left a message. I received a call back the next business day. Initially the agent insisted that because the product was not purchased from an authorized dealer, there was no warrantee, and replacement hardware would cost $25. After arguing unsuccessfully that a reliable company would stand behind its product for a manufacturing defect, I added that I would leave an unfavorable review. This prompted the agent to check with her manager, and they have now promised to send the replacement hardware.
