In reply to your response . I received a message through Instagram from Sinead and sent a reply to her yesterday as below:-
Thank you for responding. I’ve sent 3 emails to xxxxxxxxx but none were acknowledged. I had emailed with specific delivery instructions and then the order didn’t arrive nor did anyone respond. We live in the country and the parcel had been left at a neighbour’s farm at their front gate. They don’t use the front entrance so didn’t see it. I’m sure you can imagine my annoyance. Anyway, the parcel has since been returned to you and I received my refund very quickly. Thank you again for reaching out, I know you are not responsible but I appreciate that you’ve tried to help. Hopefully my next experience, if there is one is a better one 🙏
My first email was sent to you on 6th Feb at 15:29 regarding delivery instructions, my second email was sent to you on 13th Feb at 18:03 to say order hadn’t arrived and my third email was sent on 15th Feb at 14:47 again asking for help as my order hadn’t arrived. I never received a response to any of these and I still have the emails which I can forward onto you. I have screenshot them but can’t seem to attach them to this. None of these emails bounced back to me as undelivered so you definitely received them.
I then put a post on your Instagram page which I can’t find to quote you the date and time as you’ve blocked me. Very professional! I can tell you the post was of the girls in Paris and I very politely asked if there was no reply to my emails because the girls were in Paris- no response. I then left a further instagram comment, which was to the point and clearly demonstrated my frustration to which I finally got a response from Sinead and to which I replied as mentioned above.
Finally if you are sending a response to this please do not sign it off with an ‘xo’. This is totally inappropriate in a professional setting. Perhaps you should review your company ethics.
The whole experience has left me with great uncertainty as to the professionalism of your company
