Absolutely shocking treatment of their customers! Use Facebook or Milanuncio these people dont care about loyal customers they will delete your account and block you even after 6 years of loyal use buying thousands worth of products and selling thousands too with a 100% 5* rating for nothing and then their support refuses to talk about it just sending a copy paste response telling you its tough and wont be changed, good bye!!!!

Totally untrustworthy. I used it for the first time to buy some bedding. As soon as it arrived I had a message from wallapop asking me to confirm it was delivered correctly - it was, so I clicked YES.
Later I opened the package & found bed sets for a 90cm bed NOT 150 cm as advertised.
I contacted wallapop immediately, sent photographs but they said they couldn’t help because I’d confirmed delivery.
What an awful policy. I have bedsets that are not as advertised & too small for me to use. €45 totally thrown away & no penalty for the seller.
This is authorised theft.

Very simple, purchased what was described as a brand new Sony TV, when arrived, not sealed, packets opened and screen smashed in various places. Damage could have happened in transit, but was definately in used condition. The seller denied and Wallapop sided with them and paid them, even with photographic evidence to the contrary.

Terrible service, sold watch and money came back into my wallet, I didn't want ,wanted it in my bank ,4 times went on help line and was told to verify a un known email number and each time told not to contact them again, I have given them my two existing emails but no answer and my money €200 is still sitting in wallet and cannot get ,I'm 76 year old non technical, never selling anything again on Wallapop

Non-transparent and their customer service is terrible. I was following their guidelines in selling some second hand furniture and all of a sudden they blocked my account. I had everything verified and 5 stars reviews, yet their algorithms didn't take it into account. Definitely not worth your time!

Don't trust these platform when you want to sell something because wallapop ask you to complete your profile an expensive autorisation 86 euro from your bank account and also photos from your id Card. When the bank block the autorisation they send a new autorisation from another account that is accepted by bank and so they have steal your money and id information. In my case it was a Russian game platform that steal my id and money so i must declare it to Guardia civil to open a claim in bank. The autorisation for wallapop from you're bankaccount cost 86 euro and it is present on the wallapop registration by ccggrust.com. when you pay you're lost money for nothing. It seems that ccggrust have infiltrate wallapop.

I signup using my google account. then after signing up and putting all my credentials to verify my identity and get verified few minutes i have been logged out. I tried several times to login but always error. I sent all my credentials ID and link my bank account too. I do not trust this app STAY AWAY ON THIS APP!

The platform is great and I've been using it to buy products, but Customer Service is inexistent.

Is there a way I can contact Wallapop support? All of a sudden sellers can't print the labels of my buying's.. I tried several times, different sellers and different products.. what should I do? Who do I contact?!

No service! They ban you..
Dont give a reason. Keep your money.
And they dont answer your request.

Stay away from this platform. If there is a problem.. you have a big one.
Believe me.
They blocked me.. out of the blue.
I have over 100 positive feedbacks.
But they sont mind.. they dont dive...

The bots are wrongly programmed and if you got automatically banned. They dont do a dive pr checkup on who you are or if you really did something wrong.

It is just all Automated. And they dont care if you are a honest seller or not.
They ban you... And thats it.
Ans they keep your money,.unless you please for it.

Spanish version has login issues. But if you manage to log in, you might get banned right away for rule violations. However, they don't explain the real reason. The only listing I managed to post was for the sale of a multitool, which is not a weapon and there are plenty of them on the platform. You might end up in a situation where someone buys something from you, but you won't be able to receive your money due to a ban without explanation. I didn't even know I was banned until I contacted support

Scam. Honestly I don't know where to start from bad website, to rob buyerd, I made a purchase where the seller was to send the item, he did not send it. I asked him to cancel cause the deadline was coming and I even asked wallapop to cancel the order since I started to doubt the seller and they said only the seller could cancel it...so the seller didn't send the item. They kept the money. I am waiting for the refund thar well today is the supposed last day where I would get the refund and nothing. Support is s h i t Sorry for my language. They don't listen to you. I told for example that I haven't received the refund and tell me to wait wait. I asked for a proof of the transaction..need to wait ...man...so bad and I can't even give a bad review to the seller. Don't buy there anything. Choose vinted instead.

Registered, got one item sold and got scammed straight away with a phishing link.
When realized it, their customer service told me that this is frequent if you use debit cards on their site. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Simply the worst site you can use to buy and sell your stuff. I just bought a synthesiser which arrived faulty, it freezes. I filed a claim and I sent a video where I clearly shows that nothing happens when I press the buttons and they dismissed my case telling me that they can't verify cause they don't know anything about the instrument. Wallapop is basically a platform for scammer, the buyers have zero protection. DON'T YOU EVER USE WALLAPOP!

You always need to differentiate if someone is either trying to scam you or offer you less than half of what your asking price is.

Wallapop was recommended to me by a spanish friend but I wish they never told me. Lots of stuff advertised but unlike every other website in the world ,you can't access it unless you are spanish it seems. I tried signing up from Ireland but no joy. Can't message anyone or make any communication. I messaged their useless customer service and they said I have to be in spain or Portugal to access it. I was in my house in spain a week later and tried for 2 weeks to log in or set up a new account but nothing changed. I messaged their customer service again and asked why I still can't access wallapop and they said it is their policy ! So it seems if you are not spanish you get treated differently. That sounds very like a policy of discrimination to me ! Wallapop has terrible reviews online and they deserve it.. they are a terrible website managed by the wrong people. this website is going nowhere. Not being progressive means its demise is imminent... very disappointing. It has the potential to be good but doesn't have the infrastructure and management to get any better. What a shame...

I am & have been a PRO seller for a long time. The huge problem with Wallapop is that there is ZERO support for sellers. Everything is always about "protecting the buyer". One very recent horrendous experience with Wallapop going completely against their own rules, believing a scamming buyer & offering zero support to a PRO seller resulting in us losing almost 100€. Wallapop virtually never want to claim from a courier for obvious carrier damage. Couriers make it very difficult & Wallapop cannot be bothered BUT Wallapop happily charge every buyer on every sale "insurance" to cover courier damage or losses. A very, very unhappy PRO seller

I was searching for a rare lamp via google images for hours and found someone selling it on this site.
I registered and put my card info, was charged 10 cents.
Then I messaged the seller if he can send it to EU or US (I thought it's US site and i'm from EU), then left my PC for 1 hour. When I decided to check the messages, I was not logged in and it doesn't let me login again, it says the password is incorrect... Email reset doesn't work either. I tried to make new account with my alt emails but on every account it says that the password is incorrect, it's a trolling or what? I literally copy pasted my password from registration and it still says it's incorrect. 🤡

They banned me out of the blue and also I had some money on my wallet that I cannot use anymore

Worst marketplace ever

If I were to give it any stars it would be zero. They have just taken 2 transactions from my bank account to the value of £158.88 & tried to take £168 but I blocked my card. I've never heard of Wallapop let alone dealt with them. Please be careful.
I need my money put back into Monese Account. I have no idea who or what Wallapop are. My views are still the same

I tried to get in touch with said company & it was all Spanish. I phoned Action Fraud yesterday morning they have given me a Crime number which has also been submitted to Monese.
I have never been so angry in my life that my account was infiltrated by a company I have never ever heard of,never ever done business with. This money was for my holiday on Tuesday. You have now affected my mental health. My depression & anxiety have flown through the roof. I insist that my money & compensation are forwarded before Tuesday. You have nearly caused me to have a breakdown

Looking on your site it's a buying site. I have not submitted anything of mine to be sold. Whatever the £158 you took from me I'd really like to be shown but I can tell you I have never ever heard of you. I do not have an Apple Pay account & I certainly don't know how to use Google Pay. The money that you took from me was part holiday money as I've been very unwell. I needed a holiday to recuperate but you ruined it as it has left me really short.

Worst experience. Searching for a product is confusing, you have products that are reserved, but you can still "buy" them, and you can't even filter them out.
Then the notifications do not work and the search shows products that have nothing to do with it.
Finally, buying products? It's more like buy hoping that the seller will have the will to send it to you, because you can't even give them a bad review, so they are always 5*.
