I thought I had a problem with the…

I thought I had a problem with the payment part of the ordering process. I contacted Wallis very late on Sunday evening and Patricia responded very quickly indeed. I had been impatient and not waited long enough for processing. But Patricia was so polite, helpful and efficient.

Excellent customer service help

I contacted customer services for help and advice and was delighted at how quick and helpful they were. I had ordered a lovely dress but it was a little bit tight so ordered another in the next size which is perfect. Before I had the chance to return the first one, I took ill. Once better I then had difficulty dealing with the return as 28 days had elapsed. The customer service team were so friendly and quickly helped me when I emailed them to explain the situation. Within a couple of hours my problem was resolved. Thank you so much.

I am so very grateful to a young lady…

I am so very grateful to a young lady called Julie after 5 days of emails ect she managed to sort me out when NO one else could I was so worried, but Julie Sorted it out immediately I am very impressed I was just going around in circles a huge Thankyou Julie, I have know received labels so can at lasts return my dress well done and a huge Thankyou very impressed .

Was Waiting for a refund

Was Waiting for a refund and checking my account so email Jeremial and he sorted for me. It shows at the time of the actual transaction if you used your Mastercard. Very friendly and efficient.

Very Helpful Customer Service

I had a problem today with returning an item, so I contacted Wallis customer service team via Messenger and got a very quick response to my problem. Both Lay and Joyce P. were very helpful and I no longer have to worry about being able to return my item.
