Brilliant service. The guy on the phone was super helpful, helped me choose the right acoustic flex panelling from my van. Arrived promptly and the driver was very polite. My van outfitters were so impressed with the product they will be using it for all their builds in future. Top service.

This is the second order I've placed with this Walls and Floors and the service was just as good. They are very helpful, very efficient and very professional. The goods were delivered on time and on an agreed date - I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anybody.

This company has still not gave my refund back. It’s been nearly a whole month. Do not use this company. They are a scam. They do not respond back to you and do not give you refunds after taking the goods.

Ordered some panels but we did have a slight issue with a couple of them. We made contact and they were really helpful with resolving the situation and corrected it quickly. Warden who dealt with us was quick to respond and very helpful. Will definitely use again.

Arrived on time and pleased with screens

Great Service very quick turn around. Excellent product and economical.

Ordered various samples to choose from, arrived a couple of days later with no problems. After much deliberation, decided to order the Madagascan Ipil oak wood effect tiles on 10th July. They arrived on 2 x pallets on 14th July and are very good quality with a really realistic wood grain finish which will be great for our new extension floor, due to be completed before end of September. I checked the consignment upon delivery and found 9 of the tiles had suffered some damage. Contacted customer services and they immediately emailed through a damaged delivery survey for me to complete and return. I received a follow up email today (15th) advising that replacement tiles will be sent out. I cannot fault W&F customer service and they will be recommended to family and friends for future projects.
Update: 16th July Mehwish in CS emailed to advise replacement tiles will be delivered on 20th. Excellent customer support, much appreciated.

Recieved our prompt delivery for the bathroom panels, unfortunately 1 was damaged, emailed the company and spoke to maryam who was professional and very helpful, sorted a replacement and kept me informed all through the process, would highly recommend this company. Thank you maryam

Called at 3 minutes past 3. Cut off for next day delivery is 3pm.

Spoke to a lady that had no customer service at all.

I offered to pay for a guaranteed delivery before 10am. I didn't expect them to pick up the cost. She refused to do speak to their courier.

I asked to speak to a manager, was unavailable.

The lack of any attempt to help a customer was was appaling. Having run material distribution businesses for 25 years, you know there's always an ability to sort out a delivery. Especially when a customer is willing to pick up the cost.

Walls & Floors poor service. Your staff have let you down badly.

I've placed the order, as our customer likes the pacing. However having dealt with this lady. I certainly wouldn't recommend this business. As they have a computer says no attitude.
