Matt was fantastic, arriving when expected and clearly explaining the treatment process for our pest issue. The staff who came on both occasions were polite and friendly. They explained everything well and were efficient. They resolved the ant problem I was having.

The pest contractor turned up on time…
The pest contractor turned up on time and explained exactly what he would do to remove our wasp problem.
He explained that we should remain inside for at least 2 hours to allow the wasps to disperse safely.
Very pleased with the professionalism of the whole process

Fitting fine mesh covers to airbricks to deter mice.
I had quick replies from the staff in the office who phoned to arrange the date. The service store worker who carried out the work needed to see what the work involved in the first visit so he could order the materials. This also resulted in a more accurate cost. Once he had the materials the same worker came back on another date and did a really good job. He arrived on time and explained to me what he was doing. I am very pleased with the work he carried out.

The gentleman from pest control has visited me a few times over the years for mice.He is professional, polite and friendly. He takes his time and carrys out the service to a high standard. In addition to this, he always explained what he's doing and the next steps. I feel like a valued customer.

Great service
Great service. The guys who came were really knowledgeable - they dealt with the issue calmly and competently and were generally reassuring. Would recommend to anyone.
Good price, easy to book, wish I’d done it sooner.
Only suggestion would be to make it clearer at the booking process how far apart the visits are.

Poor website, great service
Once I had paid for the service, the pick-up was quickly booked in. I received a reminder the night before, and collection itself was easy and timely. My only criticism is that it really isn't clear on the website how you book in for rubbish collection, so I had to ring in order to locate the right service. This service needs to be more clearly located on the website if they want people to use it.

Excellent service. Didn't have to wait long for someone to come round to deal with our wasp nest and it was all done in about half an hour. No sign of the wasps at all now. Matt also gave us a brief run down on the life cycle of the wasp...thanks for that!
