the books came in perfect and fast as soon as they have been released.
Only minor inconvenience is to have to place preorder of books coming out in a certain time span, which reduces the ammount of books one can add to the same order and therefore not being able to reach the threshold for free shipping

Proper Pricing
I looked everywhere in the states for my purchase of an OOP book and every option was drastically overpriced. Thankfully I found a copy of the book I wanted at Walt's Comic Shop, and it was priced appropriately for it's value. Even with the international shipping I still saved well over 100 dollars!

Great packaging / Shipping slower than expected
This was my first order and everything was received in great shape and very well protected. Service support answered quite fast solving my worries. The only thing you should update are the times in your FAQ about ready-to-ship and travel time. If during Xmas instead of 3 working days maximum, the time to have the order prepared is going to be 6 days, let people know. I placed my order 27th December and received it today 13th January, which is ok for Xmas anyway.

The shopping from my past order was really good. However I'd like a bit more clarity on when my package is going to arrive, however if you sende a Gmail that directly transfers me to a site where I can track the package, that's great. Just make it more obvious when I'll get my package.
