Ordered an Engine mount for my Vectra which was the wrong one (my mistake !) spoke to Sam about my order who was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable who straightened my mistake out. This is to thank Sam for her patience and cheery nature. Wannapart will be my first call from now on when I need a part.

This is the second time I have used Wanapart, and must say there service is second to none.

Scott phoned me to say the part I required was non stock and pretty rare but he had tracked them down in Belgium. Gave me 3 options regarding delivery or suggested he could try and source an equivalent part closer to home. Went for the Belgium option as they were genuine parts and they were with me within a week.

No other parts company I have delt with have offered this kind of service or communicated with updates on the progress of my orders.

Excellent !Excellent! that's the only words i would use in comenting about Wanapart ,their customer service has to be the best in the motor industry .Scott the guy i dealt with kept me fully informed about the part i was having reconditioned and when i recevied it i was amazed at the end result it is as good as new .
I had previously purchased a new caliper from Honda at a ridiculous high price because it was the latest model of Accord.
There are a number of companys that say they can do this and that but when you put them to the challenge thats when it tells how good they really are .
I can,t praise Wanapart enough they are trully in a class of their own.

My local parts supplier had no idea how to trace the correct brake parts for my 1991 fiat ducato based hymer motorhome but the sales team at wanapart simply supplied photos of the different parts that hymer had used over the years which enabled me to pick the correct bits, simple but effective My order was fulfilled in no time and the selected parts were precisely what was required. The price was also way lower than of any other supplier / I've checked them all, I think :) /. I now will never shop anywhere else for car parts.. I cannot praise all at Wanapart highly enough for such a splendid job !!! Many THANKS !!!

Unbelievable customer service is the only way to describe my online purchase from Wanapart.
I ordered online at 1130am on the Thursday and the items arrived at 1228 on the Friday (having had a text on Friday morning giving my delivery slot as 1228 - 1328pm).
I was emailed and fully informed all of the way and cannot rate your company highly enough.

After speaking direct to the sales lady on the phone, her manners and cooperation in helping me with my needs for the parts I required was excellent. It was so easy to do business with Wanapart, I certainly shall be dealing with them again, deffo five stars!!

I went on wanibits for replacement headlights for a french motorhome they did not stock them but contacted me to say could get them delivery was between 23 27 june to them and we got them two days later thank very much scott very good service

Looked for parts for the old warhorse(the Audi A4 B5 TDI),as the MOT is due next month. Sourced all the parts by manufacturing codes- very straight forward. Looked at numerous parts stockists and found Wanapart to be the best value for money on quality parts, both on price and speed of delivery. After a stone went through my car's air con condenser I needed to replace it.
I enquired at my local Vauxhall dealer for a price and needed to lie down afterwards.
Got in touch with these guys and spoke to Scott who was very informative, helpful and managed to source the right part as there were about three different types for my vehicle.
The price I paid was much more competitive than main dealer prices and the unit itself was of good quality made by an OE manufacturer ( not like some of the rubbish you see imported nowadays )
I ordered it on Friday afternoon and it arrived 10 o'clock Monday, fitted perfectly.

I spoke with Scott he was very helpful with sourcing the parts I required even giving me 5% off overall price. delivery was quick, I would recommend Wanapart to my friends and use them again. the only complaint I have is that because I live in the Highlands of Scotland I was charged more for delivery :(

Sourcing a Catalytic Converter for Jeep, genuine ones available but mega expensive, Wanapart had the part we required at a fraction of the cost, ordered it at 4pm and was delivered by lunchtime the next day - you can not ask for better service than that - keep up the good work, we will be back - TIP TOP
