Unprofessional irresponsible owner

The supervisor and the guys working put forth awesome effort. The move was doomed at the start. Showed up over an hour late. House is suppose to be empty by noon. At 3pm they are still loading.
Unorganized, 3 story house, they should have started at the top and worked down, except they were asked to empty the master suite first so contractors could get started; 3 hours later the contractors are still waiting and there is still furniture on all 3 floors. Scratched and gouged hardwood floors, not intentionally just not properly equipped or trained for the narrowness of a mid-centry home with hardwood floors. After receiving the pictures, the supervisor said they would have to get with their insurance. The owner, Chandler said he would 'see what he could do Saturday at 10 am. He shows up (over an hour late again) and puts orange oil on the gouges. I expressed concern. He told me that was not all he was going to do, he had to clean it first. When he was finished the some floors were sticky, others were oily and slick. All were unsafe and still gouged and scratched. I tried to speak with him about the issue. Chandler rudely informed me he has no intention of doing anything about the damage he knows and admits his company did and there is nothing I can do because we already closed on the house.
Seriously, regardless of who owns the house you are working in you are responsible for the actions of your company.
