Great Customer Service

I was waiting forever for an item I had ordered at least a month prior to sending Wanelo's customer service base an email. The Wanelo customer service rep replied within a couple of days and diligently tracked my item. When it was concluded that the item was lost in transaction, the customer service rep apologized (even though it wasn't directly her fault) and quickly issued my card a refund. I was really satisfied with Wanelo's efforts to correct the issue.
